So I'm trying to access Greenfly but I'm getting this error message: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE.

Please see attached image as all checks are good for the credentials. I've tried erasing cookies but no luck.

Any other options?

Certutil does not see certificates in Rocky 8 firefox. I go to the firefox profile that has cert9.db, key4.db and pkcs11.txt and run "certutil -L -d ." and I do not see any certificates. But if I use the GUI and use Certificate Manager I can see certificates. I have tested on a few different systems and get the same result. I am writing a script to automate this, so using cli is important.

I have a router set up at a remote site with a device that has a built in web server that allows viewing the items displayed. The router quit working so i replaced it with another one with the same configuration but now when I try to access through it The browser is complaining that it is unsecure and apparently resets the connection. I don't care if it is unsecure it is my site/router and I want to connect. I have used this configuration many times with no problems but firefox has done something to prevent it from working anymore, this started being a problem with some of these setups a couple years ago. How do I get it to connect anyway.

I am new to firefox customization, so I want to understand how to build a custom libnssckbi.so file. I do not want to use the default libnssckbi.so, reason is - I do not want to load the default certificates.

I want to load certain custom certificates, or load firefox with no certificates.

I know the option of using certutils to delete/distrust certificates. But that option is not valid for me, since I can't install a 3rd party tool and use it.

Can please someone explain the steps to write a .so file for firefox.

I am working on Mozilla Firefox 110 (no snap) and Ubuntu 22.04.01 (I cannot upgrade firefox version due to project needs)

My bank says it is your problem. This website will open using Google but not Firefox. I am wondering if somewhere in your last "update" there was a change which clashes with my bank's security settings (or whatever). When I try to open the website (Chase.com), the screen shows a solid blue screen and a twirling circle which usually precedes the opening to my account page. It twirls FOREVER! It never opens! It makes no sense to me whatever. HELP!!

Hi,

I have many mTLS website and few Client Cert.

Under "View Certificate” >> "authentication decisions" many entries have "Send no client certificate" but with no website. I suspect that this is a display bug and messed with a decision I remove earlier. I try to delete these "empty" decision but they stay.

What is the underlying DB/data file firefox uses in the profile so I can check maybe directly there. Maybe "cert9.db" ? or ClientAuthRememberList.txt or ClientAuthRememberList.bin?

maybe similar to this? https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1718844

Thanks

I am new to firefox customization. I need help to understand, how firefox picks up CA certificates from the global ca-certificates path in ubuntu and uses them in their own cert9.db

Currently, what I am trying is, If I have a rootCA certificate (which I generated using openssl), I want to keep it in a specific path, such that when firefox launches, it picks up that certificate and uses it. How can i achieve it.

I have tried using the policies.json, which works. But are there any other ways to achieve it?
