Hello, I am aware that Mozilla has gradually been updating there system. I have not used my system for two months or so and on my return, i am gainind entry to to my Mozilla link. As a consequence I am trying to get reconnected and get back on line. For this reason, I thought that I should relog in and get back to normal, but I am unable to find the route into mozilla to do that. Please advise me on the recommended route I should use, to rectify the connection problem.

I am unable to login to firefox to sych my ipad 3 mini (IOS 12.0) after deleting my private data, and either with/without a vpn. Firefox login popup frame says I must use my “primary account,” and I am using my “primary account.” I tried resetting my pwd & Firefox popup asked for an authentication code... I provided the code, it failed and Firefox then repeated complaint to use my primary account.

Perhaps my account is locked, or otherwise in a state of snafu. Firefox support is bizzar in avoiding contact with humans.

Any ideas would be appreciated - including some means to contact a firefox to interact with that’s human.

For my account I'm using a not-so-often monitored email, so when I tried to log in today from a new devices, they sent the confirmation email to this account that, meanwhile, was suspended for inactivity. So the mail bounced back and now they have suspended my firefox account too. How can I retry the verification process?

Details: I have create my firefox sync account long ago, when I had only one email address, but now I use this address only for spam, so it's not monitored

EDIT: I have now access to the suspended email account, so if there is a way to send a new confirmation message, I could be abble to access it

This is so frustrating. I try logging in to my firefox account,says incorrect username or password. So I request an email to reset password & never get it. I've checked spam,etc. the usual suspects nothing there. I'm using a @icloud email if that's of any help. I used the same email to set up this account so I could post on here and it worked fine. Everytime I try to reset my password it says it has successively sent a link to the same email address but nothing, not a thing. Anyone, thanks in advance for your help. Oh' yeah, windows 10, dell laptop, firefox version 59.0 !

The confirmation email we sent to (email address) was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data.

I can't login to my former firefox account after a 'break' (deleting the Firefoxbrowser from my computer), then installed it again a while later. I have to admit I'm not totally sure where in Firefox I created my former login, if there is more than one place in the Firefox-webbrowser you can create an account so to say.. ? Also now I have some form of an account, created for to put this question, the one I used before was more about making Firefox more personalised as I recall it.

In the last couple of days, Firefox has started to save my download files in my download folder even after I direct it to save somewhere else. Also, all my downloads are being saved as sendcontent.php even though the file being downloaded has a different name and a different extension. For example, I download a file with the name: hole_hand_thumbs_up_800_clr_5983.png and instruct it to be downloaded to my desktop, but Firefox then downloads it to my download folder and changes the name to sendcontent.php

Trying to sync firefox after reinstal of my laptop, i get the following message. "The confirmation email we sent to xxx was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data." My email is working now :) but my account is still locked. how can I unlock ?
