I am not the one using Firefox for iOS; my sister is. I am not looking for an actual fix at this point, I just want to know if anyone else is having the problem.

My sister was having no problem logging into Chase with her 8th gen iPad until about a week ago (my apologies, I don't know the exact day). She tried to log in, and the Web site took her to the system requirements page.

The weird thing is, her system was fine according to their list. But she updated to the latest iOS (18-something) and then the latest Firefox for iOS 129.0.1 (she doesn't like .0 versions and always waits for .0.1).

She got the same error.

Chase insists that the problem is hers. Personally, I don't trust a corporation that big farther than I can throw their combined offices on the planet. Is anyone else getting this problem?

Again, I am not looking for a fix at the moment, just looking to find out if the problem really is in her set.

To start, I do receive most of my emails intact. However, there are the occasional email only partially appears. I see enough of it to know who it is from. As an example, I get a bill from xfinity and only what appears to be the graphic part shows up, but, the details of the body of the email do not appear. So I don't know what they want to tell me. All this is in regular Thunderbird. That being said, when I open Thunderbird in troubleshooting mode the full email is then visible. I have tried the reset everything and nothing seems to work. I have taken to only opening Thunderbird in troubleshooting mode as then I am assured of seeing the full emails, text and graphics. Maybe you can help me adjust something to fix this problem. Oh, I am using windows 10 on a pc. Thanks, Dic Bason

We would like to inquire on behalf of AIMS International Malaysia Sdn Bhd, as we are an outsourcer offering IT support vendor services. They are currently encountering Thunderbird email that is much too slow to download new emails. They stated that this problem has existed since July 19, 2024, following the global IT failures.

Please provide us with a solution for this issue, and we have attached an image for your perusal.

After running scannow and chkdisk on my Win 11 laptop, the fonts for menus and toolbars in Firefox (not for web pages) is unreadably small (about 6pt). I have tried adjusting layout.css.devPixelsPerPx, ui.textScaleFactor, and browser.display.os-zoom-behavior to recommended valus as well as above or below values. So far, no help. Please advise.

If this has been asked previously, my sincerest apologies. I couldn't find the answer. I have been an user of Thunderbird for personal and work email clients for roughly 2+ decades now. But I am stumped with recent behavior coming from thunderbird (mozilla email) for my private, professional email account. And I'm not a techie. I usually allow both Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird update automatically. And typically, there has been no issues other than to update/remove an add-in.

However, starting at around the end of July or beg of August, I have been seeing the following behavior: At certain points of the day including at startup, I get a set of pop-up windows from Thunderbird asking for access to my google account. I don't understand why thunderbird would want me to provide my google credentials when the email account that I'm using thunderbird for is neither an exchange (outlook.com or live.com) or my gmail.com account. It's my professional email address that is hosted by a third party. And when I click the deny button on both windows, it still pops up at some point during the day. It was annoying as 'heck' when I was with a client as it kept popping up. Don't know what I've done but I would like to know how to stop this popup window activity! I'll also add that if I close down thunderbird and then restart, the windows pop up almost instantly. So, any help would be welcome! I've attached screenshots of both windows with my email addresses highlighted out so anyone can see what I'm dealing with.

Hello, we have added a new email address and currently it is not possible to send emails from any email address in thunderbird. It reports an error: Failed to send message. Authentication on the mail server (SMTP) was not possible

I just started getting this error on 13 August 2024. “XULRunner Error: Platform version ‘129.0.1’ is not compatible [etc.]”. Is there a solution? I can't even get in to see what version of FF I have.

I don't want to lose all my bookmarks if I reinstall Firefox. And I noticed in past similar problems, the prolem may persist with a newly loaded Firefox.

I have the latest Firefox update and can't find the above updates to install them. Please help. Thank you!

So, I'm switching from Chrome and there's this one thing I can't seem to be able to replicate in firefox.

When I start my day I usually open several tabs from different pages of the same website. In Chrome, I would do that by: -typing the name of the website in my address bar -all the pages I frequently visited in that website show in my suggestions -I middlemouse-click all of them, one after the other -this opens one new tab for all of them -I then switch to those tabs and browse them

However, replicating this in firefox seems impossible. When middle-mouse-clicking the 1st link, I would have my window forcibly switch to it, not letting me open the other tabs without changing tabs again. Recently I learned I can avoid this forced switch by middle-mouse-clicking the URL on my address bar while holding shift, which is great! . . . Except it still closes my address bar, not letting me click the other ones without having to type the website's name in it again.

I don't mind holding shift (though I wish I didn't have to) but I really just want to middle mouse click multiple links in my address' suggestion bar and open them in succession, without shifting back to it after each time.

Got the following Error message today after update downloaded. "Error:Platform version '129.0.1 is not compatible with minVersion >= 129.0 maxVersion <= 129.0

It worked fine until an hour ago. I have tried restarting twice. Each time it works once then stops working. I have tried the about:config route and it didn't work. (It says "true"). Hope it can be fixed! If not I'll be going back to Chrome.

Hi. I got a new laptop some weeks ago (Linux Fedora) and I've been using Firefox without any problems until last week. When watching Youtube videos my system shell crashes completely. This problem ONLY happens with Youtube videos and Firefox. Other browsers work fine and I don't have this problem in other websites.

Some commercial sites will not accept my credit card payment because they say my browser is out of date. Many other sites are accepting and processing my orders. How do I rectify this problem?
