Password generated by the password manager is 100% numbers: no letters, uppercase letters, or symbols. Just "745848727839949". This is not a valid password. This number seems to be the same every time and is remembered even tho it hasn't been stored.

I have a strict username / password usage where every site gets a unique password, period.

When I check my passwords I get a message saying that my password has been compromised and that the user name is admin. They suggest changing the password immediately but every time I try I can’t figure it out. I can change my password and have done so, but the admin password I’m not sure what to do.
