I have 3 emails with greatmail.com. One email has this problem (the others are fine) When I open any incoming email, I get this warning at the bottom of the page: "A unique identity matching the From address was not found. The message will be sent using the current From field and settings from identity Joan Dailey<jdailey@expresslyyours.com" </p>

Also, having clicked on it to open it, the email appears to be (automatically) a reply from me and none of the links that may be in the email work... it also appears to be in edit mode.

Further, if I go into my expresslyyours account at https://webmail.greatmail.com, I am allowed to click a box and allow the message to present normally. Part of those emails may be coming to e-store@expresslyyours.com... however, it is happening to ALL emails to my EY mailbox. What can I do to fix this? Where to look? By the way, have discussed this with greatmail and they are puzzled.

I have 3 machines with Thunderbird. A while back I noticed that I had duplicate folders for sent mail (Sent & Sent Mail) and for Drafts. (Drafts and Drafts) I did a search and found a discussion from 2019, but nothing more recent. That one kinda lost me. I just got a new machine and installed Thunderbird again. My Gmail account on the new machine shows the same dual folders. Hopefully someone here can detail a solution in steps for a moron like myself.

I've had a security breach where a Discord user got access to an email account. I'm going through all computers to make sure there is no malware that might be related to discord. I found one item in my download preferences that says "discord' but everything I've tried won't allow me to erase it. Any information on what this might be? and how/if I should erase it? (In fact, I don't know what any of the items are in my content types)

Thunderbird suddenly stopped sending Emails. This message appears: "Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. I have visited the web site, sent the report, and rung VM, to no avail. Window 10. Thunderbird v115.10.1. SMTP: Blueyonder smtp.blueyonder.co.uk Port 25 Authentication method: Password, transmitted insecurely Connection Security: None AVG anti-virus. I have used Therbird for 20+ years. Can you help?

I would like to know if there's a possibility to forward multiple emails to one recipient in one e-mail?

I have to forward thousand of e-mails from one inbox and send them to one recipient. I know that some of the mailboxes offers this option to save time. I would really appreciate your help and maybe some clues that can help me with this task.

I have 4 e-mail addresses and corresponding inboxes. One is my personal addy that I use for most legitimate business. The other 3 are leftovers from former businesses and a spam addy. I use those other 3 addys sparingly, but only for sites I want to maintain distance from, and any I suspect might be spammers.

Thunderbird has worked wonderfully for me for some years, but recently, I have been getting duplicate messages in 2 of my 3 dummy accounts for every one that is legitimately sent to my main account. None ever show up in that 4th account, but I did just receive an e-mail that was intended for that 4th account, and the inbox acted as it should (no duplicates anywhere).

I have spent a couple of hours with a very dedicated service rep from my ISP, and she was unable to find any solution. She suggests that reaching out to Firefox is the next logical step.

For years, I have used print to pdf in Firefox to generate pdf files of long web pages. It always worked. But lately, I noticed that huge numbers of blank pages are inserted in the pdf file, seemingly at random. I looked at the HTML source, and could not see anything that obviously triggers the blank pages. For example, a web page that ought to print to about 35 pages generates a file of more than 600 pages, with most of them blank.

I can use Microsoft Edge as an alternative, but pdf files from that browser strip out all the color, and are nevertheless super huge, about ten times larger than the ones from Firefox. E.g. the file mentioned above, about 35 pages, would be about 1.3 MB from firefox, and 12 MB from Edge. So getting the file from Firefox would be nice.

Is there a reason why print to pdf is behaving in this strange way, and anything I can do about it?

In recent weeks a PopUp is appearing on my Outlook.live.com Hotmail screen: "Add Outlook.live.com as an application for mailto links? There is no choice to Decline only to Add it. You can Close the link with the X but it keeps returning each time I log in.

We are cautioned repeatedly not to click on unknown links so I haven't.

Could someone please explain in "layman terms" why I am getting this, what it's for and how to stop it?

I accidentally added a misspelled word to the Thunderbird dictionary.

Its a medical term and I really don't want to accidentally included the misspelled word in future emails.

Is there a way I can removed the word?

I have cox comm. for internet and emails, they just changed their server to yahoo.com. Now I cannot sign into thunderbird to send or receive emails.

I have used Firefox for many years and have one chosen color for all visited links. Since the latest automatic update to 125.0.1 a few days ago, the color for all visited links on the New York Times reverted back to the default color rather than my chosen one. My color was erased from all links. Now, in all sections, some of the clicked on links (articles) show my chosen color but many others do not change when I click on them. It has nothing to do with my settings as other sites show my color on all visited links. It seems to be an issue unique to the NYT's. I would appreciate any advice for you may wish to inform them? With the moving of Cox emails to Yahoo would it be feasible for Thunderbird to put an instruction list(with screenshots) of how to get all our TB email accounts from Cox to TB? Do we have to delete all our TB email accounts and re-enter them into TB under the new Yahoo or can we just change the server settings on the existing Cox settings? If just changing server settings what are the settings for the new yahoo? All my accounts are IMAP so if instructions could be made, maybe one for IMAP and one for POP for those who use either. Thank you

Updated Windows 10 on 4/19. After update Tbird displayed: Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox. Checked permissions on the mailbox folder=OK. Deleted a bunch of old emails=same result. Uninstalled Win 19 update=same result. HELP!
