Google Sheets - Scrolling Issue

As of today, I am unable to scroll with my mouse in google sheets. The scroll bar on the right disappears and I'm taken to the bottom of the spreadsheet and can't scroll back up. I have to use CTRL+Home and then the arrow keys to go down the rows. This appears to be only on Firefox. I tried a different browser and it worked fine.

With the moving of Cox emails to Yahoo would it be feasible for Thunderbird to put an instruction list(with screenshots) of how to get all our TB email accounts from Cox to TB? Do we have to delete all our TB email accounts and re-enter them into TB under the new Yahoo or can we just change the server settings on the existing Cox settings? If just changing server settings what are the settings for the new yahoo? All my accounts are IMAP so if instructions could be made, maybe one for IMAP and one for POP for those who use either. Thank you

Clicking on Firefox icon to log in I receive following message and gray screen. firefox.exe - Entry Point Not Found " The procedure entry point Flush could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll." Followed by another pop-up. "Could not load XPCOM" There was an automatic up-date several days ago and I have had this problem ever since. Is there a fix?

Starting this morning I suddenly cant delete or mark emails as read in Outlook.live.com. Even if I open an email, and it appears as read after that, if I refresh or leave the page and come back, its marked as read again.

I tried dropping all add-ons (a kill switch to drop all add-ons and re-activate them is still a feature I feel Firefox needs, I have to click every single one of them every time) to no avail.

I was in the process of writing this question on the Microsoft forums (which is usually like whizzing in the wind) when I thought to try a different browser. I had zero issues and Outlook.live.com worked perfectly normal on Microsoft Edge.

This HAS to be a bug in a recent update in Firefox

After the recent update to Thunderviurd 115.6.1, every time I try to download email, I get the following message:

"Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox."

I have plenty of drive space. I did compression of the inbox. I moved a large amount of old emails to Archives, but it still gives the error.

Windows 10 version. 32-bit Thunderbird though. Not sure how to fix this guys.

Thanks for any help. I suspect the latest version has a bug...

I have tried many suggestions from web searches but still have the problem. I have: cleared history, cookies and cache reset firefox turned off firewall (microsoft) then turned it back on turned off proxy I do not have a VPN changed the DNS reset my modem reset my router run internet troubleshooter run in private mode run in safe mode turned off extensions restarted computer reset network settings

I added a VPN and it will work with that running but I prefer not to use it.

this also happens in Opera, Bing and Chrome. I am on Wifi and my son is on ethernet connection and we both have the issue.

Very frustrating. Any other suggestions? Could it be Windows Defender?

A new version of Thunderbird got installed on my system now and I keep getting messages from defunct accounts indicating there is something wrong with my password or it can't locate the server. In all cases I have unchecked the boxes in server settings, including "Check for new messages at startup" and "Get new message every __ minutes". Unfortunately it still seems to want to log into the servers and I can't find a way to disable that behavior. I have kept the mail account because I didn't want to lose the emails. I still refer back to them at times. I've been using T-bird for a long time and have 8 or 10 of these accounts. Please tell me how to convince the system to stop trying to access these accounts.

115.3.1 Can no longer send email from multiple accounts. SMTP Server User Name used to be unique for each account. Now, it is the same across the accounts causing this message: "An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <kbkelly@wi.rr.com> sender rejected. The email address you are sending as must match the email address you used to auth. Please check your SMTP settings. AUP#Out-1500. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again."

I can change the User Name to the correct one but that changes it for all other accounts and I'm back to the same problem. How to solve/correct/work around/whatever?

As an aside: what the heck is "auth"? Please use the full word. It does make it easier to understand.

I'm using Thunderbird with an office365.com account. Receive works fine. Sending always fails with:

   Login to account "smtp.office365.com" failed
   Login to server smtp.office365.com with username NAME@DOMAIN.COM failed.
   [Enter New Password]              [Cancel]  [Retry]

Pressing the [Enter New Password] button makes the dialogue go away, but it doesn't prompt for a password. The OAuth2 authorisation screen I expected to appear never appears.

SMTP server config is:

   Description: 	NAME@DOMAIN.COM
   Server Name: 	smtp.office365.com
   Port: 	587
   User Name: 	NAME@DOMAIN.COM
   Authentication method: 	OAuth2
   Connection Security: 	STARTTLS

The only other thing I can think of is the org uses SSO (saml2). SMTP is turn on at the Microsoft send, and we have tried Vincent's suggestion: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1307784#answer-1376341

Thunderbird, 115.3.2, Build ID 20231010142850. Running on macOS Sonoma Version 14.0

Hello,

I'm seeking help because sound is not working on Firefox. All other software are able to produce sound on every speaker and headphones I have. The speaker logo does not appear in tabs were videos or music is playing and firefox doesn't show up in EarTrumpet. It does show in the volume mixer but no bar appears to show it is displaying sound while media is playing.

I'm running : Firefox version 119.0 64 bits Windows 10 64 bits version 22h2, OS build 19045.3570

I've tried :

  1. Restarting Firefox
  2. Muting/Unmuting Firefox in the volume mixer, in firefox tabs too
  3. Downgrading to version 118.02 32 bits
  4. Uninstalling all my audio drivers followed by a restart (they got re installed but no change for Firefox)
  5. Restarting Firefox with all addons disabled

I'm running out of solutions.

Sorry for posting this here but no response in TB forum. After I installed the latest up grade TB 115 I have lost all the old emails in my inbox, sent, and trash as well as the ability to use TB as I can't sign in. I get the following prompt when trying to use my account. "Sending of password for user ****@att.net did not succeed. Mail server inbound.att.net responded: [SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later", and then a prompt to "Enter your password" which does not work, although the pass word shows up in"passwords". The TB account works fine in the Yahoo web account, but I don't keep anything there on a daily basis. The web TB account lets me send and receive mail normally. I haven't changed my configuration ,password or uninstalled TB. My G mail works normally. My android cell also won't let me sign in and asks for credentials per password which is unrecognized.
