1. All my most visited sites are gone from the mobile homepage in the new version. Can I turn them back on somehow? I don't want to have to manually add and maintain a dozen "top sites". I don't even remember what they all were. I liked how the old mobile version (and current desktop version) automatically add new sites I visit often to the homepage.

2. Even though I've changed the settings to put the toolbar at the top, the tabs and plus button still appear at the bottom. Can I move them to the top as well? It's a bit annoying that what practically used to be a double tap now involves moving my thumb from the top of the screen all the way to the bottom. I realize they'd be closer if I put the toolbar at the bottom instead, but having it there makes it feel like I'm holding the phone upside down.

3. Incidentally, the "avoid support scams" warning panel on this site keeps coming back even though I've closed it several times. And uBlock Origin doesn't seem to work on this site (probably whitelisted?), so I can't block the panel to get rid of it.

I upgraded my phone from the Samsung Galaxy S7 to the S10e.

I have my desktop and laptop set up to sync Firefox and both are running the most current versions.

My s7 also was set to sync and was working just fine.

I downloaded the most version of Firefox for Android on to the S10e. I've been successful at connecting the device to my account (it shows in the list of devices).

However, it is unwilling to actually synchronize. When I go to accounts, it says "sync: never" and the categories to be synced are grayed out (bookmarks, history, etc).

I've uninstalled/reinstalled, I've restarted the device, I've clicked sync in the laptop version.

I don't know what else I am missing?

Firefox Browser 68.8.1 on the S10e Firefox 76.0.1 on the Apple MacBook Pro (I don't know the version on my PC desktop, but pretty sure it's up to date)

After updating Firefox, I no longer see most visited sites on the new tab page. I can add the sites I want to a Collection, but then I have to manually maintain them and expand the list every time I launch the app, both of which are frustrating (see attached). Is there a setting to make Firefox display most visited sites as it used to? Alternatively, is there a way to make Firefox always show the contents of a Collection without having to manually expand it?

Hi,

Unfortunately I lost over 130 tabs today after accidentally hitting "close all tabs" while trying to open up a private session. The lack of failsafe asking if I'm sure or offering to undo this means weeks of research down the drain.

Some of the tabs have been open for weeks, and others just for days... which means finding the older tabs through my history is almost an impossibility.

I have Mozilla Synch activated and was hoping there might be a way to sync tabs onto my desktop browser from a few hours ago, or even from a day ago. Is this possible? Do any other methods exist to restore these tabs? I've tried scouring forums for answers and I'm getting desperate.

Thank you

Kaggle has always been my goto when it comes to micro courses and since Chrome on Android handles heavy sites pretty well, I've always used Chrome for kaggle.com. and for article reading and stuffs, Firefox has always been no. 1 for me. Today what I noticed while being on Chrome for Android, (screenshot below) is that on this link, on the navigation bar there showed a (i) symbol, although it was on https, however, after copying the link to Firefox browser, it showed (screenshot below) that the site was secure. I wonder if it's because the site had https meant to Firefox that the site was secure? I of course had https add-on enabled. Is firefox overlooking the fact that the site is not secure, or is that its actually secure in Firefox but not in Chrome.
