After recent update bookmarks disappeared. When I restore them and then close firefox developer edition the bookmarks toolbar is gone again. It seems like a bug in that recent update. Please advise.

My computer does not support the latest firefox software update so i was wondering if you can send me me the firefox 115.0 version firefox softare? I tried to search for it online but i wasn't able to find any because the software i have for firefox now won't let me open some pages on websites because i have a old version firefox software. So please send me the 115.0 version software so that i can download and update my firefox software. Thank you

I have downloaded and deleted Firefox a dozen times and history and cache and still it is not allowing me to have the Chose User Profile to pop up

I have been trying for the last 2 days to get the Firefox -Choose User Profile to come up and each time I add the below in the terminal

/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/Firefox-bin -P

I get

So it states no such file or directory when Firefox is definately in the Applications folder

Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you in advance

I use a 2009 Mac Mini running OS 10.11.6 dedicated for streaming. I was prompted to update Firefox to ESR which I did, replacing the older version of Firefox. The new version will not open.

It was the only browser I had. Can I undo the installation? Or download 78.15.0 somehow to restore the functionality of this Mac?

Firefox is stuck in a loop! After installing the 145 update, it just keeps asking me to sign into with my admin credentials to install "a new helper tool" over and over. After entering my password nothing happens and when I try to relaunch, the FF icon just bounces. ("Force Quit" shows that the application is not responding.) After multiple attempts, I rebooted my laptop, but it didn't help, as I still get the request for installing the helper too. I'm in the midst of multiple project deadlines and this is very frustrating! Thanks in advance for your help.

Whenever I open a message from the inbox into its own window, the message text and images are tiny and unreadable until I zoom (Shift-Cmd-+) them larger. And when I reply to a message, the text is also starts out tiny, but gets larger when I Zoom it up with the original message. Similarly, the column-header icons of the inbox are tiny, while the text is OK.

All the rest of the interface is normal and readable, except for the tiny text and buttons in the interface-command/confirmation boxes.

I can adjust the font size and density from the "hamburger menu", just fine. And the MacOS 15.3.n-on-Intel settings seem right.

What am I missing? What else is there to change?

I am running an iMac that is about eight years old.This afternoon my Firefox browser was taken over by a "warning" from "MacOS security center" that I should go to THEIR macOS support site to get my system unfrozen. The number they give is 1-877-xxx-xxxx. I cannot get this intruder to go away, even by restarting the computer.

I want to download and install Firefox on my new iMac. As administrator it downloads but the instellation won't run. As a user it downloads and I can move the icon into the application folder. Firefox then opens but it won't run. Everything is frozen. What is going on??

I have over 100 open tabs spread over 4 Mac desktops. I can no longer access ANY of them after upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26 and installing ESET Cyber Security Pro. I've used ESET with Firefox for many years without ANY problems. But now I have to choose between uninstalling ESET and being unprotected in order to use Firefox AT ALL. Every single webpage is blacked out with the message below. ESET support says that Firefox needs to issue an update to fix this problem.

I'm trying to configure Firefox on Mac using our MDM. The goal is ultimately to control a bunch of settings, but I'm trying to start simple by just installing the 1Password extension.

When I deploy this .mobileconfig file, nothing seems to happen to Firefox. I made this by following the example at https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/blob/master/mac/org.mozilla.firefox.plist but it doesn't seem to work and I am not sure how to debug.

How should I fix the frozen browser. Firefox updated ok from another user account on this computer, though Firefox has always updated for all accounts on the computer when updated from any of the accounts. The installer tool got caught in a loop to install until it froze the browser on the third retry. What should I do?

I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. The directions tell me to open the file that i just downloaded, which is fine, except that I don't know the file name or location. What is it, and where is it? or how do I f find out?

When attempting to pay for online purchases the new firefox upgrade (Mac 133.0.3) will not redirect from the merchant to the payment site. Yesterday, before the upgrade, was no problem making credit card purchases online; now, nothing. Please advise on how to set up new firefox version to allow redirect to payment websites from merchant sites.

I just downloaded Thunderbird to gain access to my existing Outlook and Apple email accounts. However, Thunderbird does not work with Mac 10.13.6 OS. Do you have any suggestions to implement the "Modern Authentication Methods" with my older 10.13.6 OS? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I installed the latest iOS update yesterday and afterwards my firefox was mush. I tried reinstalling it already. The symptoms are as following: - can no longer use my 1password extension - YouTube and LinkedIn doesn't load at all anymore - For my agency tool Moco I can see most of the page but the menu is totally hidden to me...

Anyone any ideas what is happening?

In some pages, redaer view shows the wrong text -- it looks like it picks up text from a hyperlink. An example is this page:
