Have deleted install pkg from W10 computer (PC). Figured if all was deleted new install would be easy. But, I keep getting message" Your Thunderbird Profile cannot be loaded. It may be\ missing or inaccessible"

If I have deleted all attempts at installing how can I need the profile? Wouldn't it be created in the new install. What specific files or folders should I be looking for? I have referred to "How do I find my Profile? and associated documents. and uninstalling the Firefox file from the MS apps list doesn't seem to clean this message trigger.

When I charge what is supposed to be Thunderbird 115.18 for mac os 15.10.7 on the site of all the versions, I only get Thunderbird 147 for mac and it doesn't work correctly as my messages desappear. Where can I really find the dmg I need that is to say: Thunderbird 115.18 for mac (and not the 147).

I'm running Firefox 147.0.2 on a 2020 MacBook M1, with Tahoe 26.2, and appear to have 2 versions of 'identical' Firefox on my machine. Applications shows only 1, but there are 2 distinceticons on my Tool Bar. I'd like to delete one of them, but can't do it successfully. Any help appreciated!

I'm trying to install Thunderbird on a Macbook - macOS Tahoe 26.2 I've made a donation but Thunderbird won't download.

I did not get any error messages, in fact nothing happened.

I'm afraid the community may be tired of me, but it seems this is the only help Firefox is willing to provide for my problems. First, I still can't get the History and Bookmarks to show, although for a while they did. On top of that, a new issue has developed. Firefox exe now shows on my desktop as well as where I actually want it, in the taskbar. When I try to move it from the desktop, the app is deleted from both areas. When I go back to my apps folder, where I choose to keep exe files, and create another shortcut to go in my taskbar, it gets put back on my desktop and the cycle repeats. With all that nonsense going on for a month or more (I've really lost track of the days and hours I've spent on it), my question is should I just uninstall Firefox, reinstall it and then try to get my History and Bookmarks back. Or what would be a better solution? Whoever helps me with this mess has my sincere gratitude. I've used Firefox as my browser for many years without ever having any trouble and am baffled by what's going on now.

i get confused about which firefox i am using when i click the fox.is it mjcrosoft or or the app i downloaded from the web. can one be deled without messing up the other FFox account  ?

When attempting install firefox on linux using the recommended install method (in order to use 1password fully i cannot install it via snap) the priority does not change from 500 to 1000 using the parameters described in the install guide. Here is an image showing my issue.

I failed to install Thunderbird 147.0.dmg on my Mac operating under High Sierrra version 10.13.6. I am getting an error message that the file is damaged when I try to execute it.

I am interested to switch to Thunderbird as an alternative to Mail. Would anybody has a solution ? Which older version of Thunderbird would work with my OS ?
