Whenever this comes up and I reinstall Firefox, I can't get all of my data back. It's just stuff from a long time ago and I end up losing a lot of my bookmarks. This is the second time it's happened and I'd like to know how I can prevent it, or at least how to get all my recent stuff back. Thanks.

I didn't request Modzilla/Firefox to be uninstalled but it was somehow. I run Dell SupportAssist first thing after startup of my laptop. I also run Norton Ultimate Utilities to clean up orphaned registries and broken shortcuts. After running both, then I start using my laptop but noticed Modzilla/Firefox was uninstalled along with all the associated bookmarks. I don't see any history on uninstalled activity after I reinstalled M/F. Really am puzzled by this uninstall. Anyone else experience this?

Can you advise me what to do re: server use. As I have been using an iPad and iPhone I would like to access a server that accepts my request, but the Android version is the only available option. Android and the ms server has a lot of my items especially my gmail address that is too much hassle to change, but with Apple products, I would like to use Firefox in IOS and can’t even download any mobile version. Also have legacy account at FF that I can’t gain access to through Apple sign in which is where 90% of the items are held. I have a code to input, but nothing has worked and it has been 2 years of failure to get access. The acct is jeansfirefox741@icloud.com and the apple account is jeanmsweeny@gmail.com/icloud.com. I don’t expect you to get involved with the last request—a quagmire to contemplate, but any boiler plate advice would be so very appreciated. Best regards, J.Sweeny

when I tried to install an app that I downloaded from Wacom a prompt came up and said that "Install Wacom Tablet.pkg" can't be op;ened because it is from an unidentified developer. What do I have to do to open the app?
