Left Mac Mail for TB (on Fedora). I am trying to replicate my signature from Mac Mail but I can't seem to format it nicely. I had some legal disclaimer text which was small font (8) and gray rather than black. I tried pasting the text into the signature box in account settings but it's just plain text. is there some way to activate a rich text/html editor to make it look a bit nicer? thanks

Hi!

I presumed that the settings for copies to self when sending works for both replies and forwards, but I just discovered that it only works for replies. That is NOT satisfactory, and not logical - if you ask me.

I think it worked until about 2 years ago, when Thunderbird was seriously damaged by "updates", and has not yet recovered fully...

I have attached an anonymized screenshot of the "Place a copy in" settings. The sending email address is behind 3 of the erased areas. Only "Bcc these" is different.

Any solution would be appreciated. Thank you.

I sent an email to the support email given for this add-on but didn't get a response, so maybe others can help:

I'm using the 'Simple Tab Groups' add-on on my Mac computer and am happy with it but I have one question. When I click on a web link in an email (I use the native Apple Mail), it of course takes me to my default browser which is Firefox, and then within Firefox to the simple tab group that I had open in Firefox before clicking the link. Logically I guess that's reasonable behavior but typically that's not necessarily what I want; I'd rather it open the web page in my 'main' tab group.

Is there a configuration option to say: "When clicking on a web link in an email, open to this xxxxxx default tab group"?

I just updated Thunderbird to 115.9.0 (64-bit) after many years. Took me a bit to get used to the new look-and-feel, but I do like it. Just noticed a change in how the compacting looks. With my old version, each time I did the compacting, I could see the progress down on the status toolbar, where it showed each folder as it was compacted on the left side and on the right side, a progress bar. I'm not seeing that now. In fact, I don't see any indication of the compacting progress at all. Am I missing something obvious? Thank you

Hello everyone, I’m a fan of Firefox due to its efficient handling of webpage caching and memory management. However, I often find myself switching back to the Chromium-based Edge browser due to one specific feature in its DevTools. In Edge, when I resize the viewport, it stops at a certain limit. If I want to resize it further, I can zoom out and then continue resizing. I find this feature very useful. Is there a way to have similar functionality in Firefox? I’m currently using the Firefox Developer Edition.
