Whenever I sign in to my VA account, I check the box to "Remember this browser" (as attached), but it never works. VA IT told me it was an issue with the browser (i.e., Firefox). This might have just been their way of making me go away quietly. (Blowing me off!) But I thought I'd check with you anyway. Can you help? Thanks

Hi,

I recently switched from IOS SAFARI to Firefox. I prefer to use the same browser as on my PC but I have huge problem with Firefox.

Firefox is constantly logging me off from my work environment- Microsoft MyApps. For instance in Safari once I logged in I never had any issues with having to constantly login and provide security codes in external app. In Firefox app once I leave the app for couple of minutes or more and then return to my open tabs I have to login once again.

What can I do to fix it? For now I have to use safari again.
