I'm using Firefox on iOS along with the Bitwarden app for password management. I've noticed that Chrome and Safari display Bitwarden suggestions for password autofill directly in the toolbar, but Firefox does not. Is this due to my settings, or could it be an unfixed bug with Firefox on iOS? Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows if it's being addressed?

My google account has informed me that some of my information has been found in data breaches on the dark web. This included a list of information found. Where a password has been compromised, the list gives the 1st 3 characters of the password followed by ******. No website information is given. My query ..... Is there a way of searching my passwords held in Firefox to find this password so that I can change it? Firefox stores my passwords, how do I find a particular password without knowing the website it is associated with?

On Nintendo website, I would like to setup a passkey. When logged into nintendo.com, in settings, under passkeys, I see the following message "You can't use a passkey to sign in from this device". I can add a passkey using the same device in chrome. Device is Pixel 7 Pro. Firefox version 121.1.0 (Build #2015996455) can Firefox allow for me to create a passkey using 1password or hardware key? Is there a setting that needs to be enabled?

I just discovered that the android phone (Samsung A71) I am currently using was in fact still using Lockwise for Auto Fill.

How do I force this old copy of Lockwise to do a final sync before I uninstall it. I do know that at least some of the passwords stored in it are up to date. At this time, I DO NOT have access to a PC. I DO have access to a more recent android phone (Samsung A53 5G) that DOES NOT have Lockwise installed and is using the most up-to-date version of FireFox for Android.

Also is firefox typed out in lowercase or one of these ways: "Firefox" or "FireFox"? I have a habit of camelcasing some computer terms left over from my days as a UNIX Administrator (AT&T Bell Labs versions and not any BSD versions) and want to know the proper way to type it (from the horse's mouth so to speak).

Regards

All logins passwords and bookmarks disappeared from my Android phone after the latest Mozilla update (version 120.1.0).

On the phone version I can't locate any previous Profiles to check whether the filesight be there. In fact it was necessary to revert to my trusty handwritten paper password list to even login to write this query.

I have updated Firefox/Mozilla every time an update was announced.

This is not the reliability I would expect from Mozilla and I hope you can help me to recover these files.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1395581 <------------- Perfect example. Only responder is completely useless, asking pointless, obvious things, not understanding clear explanations, and not a single other person even attempting to help.

Your password system for iOS is completely screwed up. As others have noted, it never asks to save a password. Yes, the option is turned on. No, we aren't all in private mode. These questions are silly.

When I went to log in today - because I have to log in, and then verify it's me, every single time I open the browser, because ?????? - I also verified it ALWAYS says the first entry of your PW is wrong. I marked "view password" to ensure I entered it the right way. Entered it exactly the same way the second time. Worked the second time. This is how it goes literally every single time I log in. First time it says the PW is wrong, enter the exact same one a second time, works perfectly, and doesn't bother to ask me to save it, so I have to go through the entire obnoxious process every single solitary time I want to log into absolutely anything.

Then people ask about it, and are either told "-shrug- works fine for me lol," given meaningless responses with requests to log into people's personal websites, or they're completely ignored. The last person asking this question said they were going to just get another browser, and that's about where I'm at. This isn't an isolated incident, either. The number of questions on here that end with the user giving up and the question being archived without answer - sometimes without a single answer even *attempted* - is laughable. Firefox is more trouble than it's worth, and even getting a simple answer about passwords takes months of research and ultimately leads nowhere and nobody has any idea how to resolve the problem.

Oh my god. I wanted to export my bookmarks in preparation for going to another browser, since you clearly don't support this one, and come to find - YOU DON'T HAVE AN OPTION TO EXPORT BOOKMARKS FROM iOS FIREFOX. You may be the hands down worst browser I've ever seen in my entire life. Every single thing is a huge ordeal, usually takes months of research that ends in me giving up, and basic functions like exporting bookmarks you just deliberately don't offer?

Holy crap. I'm not only uninstalling this from my tablet but I'm getting rid of you on my desktops too. Your company is far too incompetent and careless to risk having on any of my devices.

I use an external password manager on my Android phone - Nextcloud Passwords. It works with Google Chrome, Firefox Focus, DuckDuckGo, and other browsers. However, the main Firefox browser does not allow me to use the autofill feature with this manager app. Here are the steps to reproduce:

  1. On a page with a username/password field, select one of the fields (give it focus)
  2. The soft-keyboard appears and an "Autofill" popup appears (good!)
  3. Pressing on the "Autofill" popup opens my password manager (good)
  4. Selecting the password to fill in the manager app returns me to the page
  5. Another popup should appear with the name of the site password selected in the manager app, and it looks like it does briefly, but another "Autofill" popup appears immediately. No username/password is filled.

This results in an endless loop of pressing the "Autofill" popup, selecting the password in the manager app, then the "Autofill" popup appears again.

System Information: Samsung Galaxy S22 Android 13 Kernel version 5.10.136 Build number TP1A.220624.014.S901U1UEU3CWGI Firefox Android version 117.1.0
