I can't seem to be able to apply the latest update of Firefox. It got downloaded and it's updating but won't finish the process. My computer even crashed during it and said "your computer was shot down because of a problem." It restarted itself and when I go back and click on About Firefox it still says "Applying update." How do I fix this problem? I'm on iOS Catalina 10.15.7

Hi. I got Firefox for IOS version 120.0 on my iPhone today. The release notes state that you no longer support IOS version 1.14. My iPhone 6s uses IOS 1.15. Do you plan to stop support for that IOS version in the next year? Thanks.

The Firefox icon on my iPhone has disappeared, even though it is functional as my default browser. I feel like I’ve tried everything! Would anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

Updated Firefox as requested. Error message: Platform version 119.0.1 is not compatible with min/max version 118.0.2. Now I cannot open Firefox st all on my desktop. Tabs started to sync but since I can't open it I don't know progress. Can still open on phone but need desktop. Thank you.

When I attempt to use the Firefox browser I now get a page saying I should download Firefox. I already have Firefox; have used it for years. Current version 119.0 Perhaps I should get rid of it entirely; and download it again? If so will it be able to recognize me by my current email and code? Obviously my email and codes won't change; so I must be able to use them if I reload Firefox/ Mozilla as new. This is the third attempt to solve this. The phone is an Android A10E

I want to be able to disable Firefox automatically updating while I am in the middle of some important work. Automatic updates without prior notice made me lose all my active tabs.

I am unable to finish installing Firefox because I am stuck at two step verification because I can’t enter the authentication code because it has expired, I am trying to delete the two step app. I also entered a secondary email to recover my information if needed. That was added to the box that had my primary address and I had to re enter it again as secondary address. Now I can’t enter the proper primary address because there is now a strange address in the primary box that I can’t delete. I do have a username and password that work and have a recovery key.
