When I try to look at Swedish church record images online at Ancestry.com, the images do not display properly. The image is partially blocked by randomly placed rectangular shaped white spaces. This does not happen with Chrome browser. I have included an image that demonstrates the problem. Can someone suggest a fix?

When searching on webpages, the image will look blank with a red box outline, or will have the image and the box outline. This happens whether or not the image is an interactive element. Even after refreshing the page the problem persists. In private or regular windows it happens. After tapping on the red box, the image will load, and usually stays loaded if I leave the page and then come back.

The image I uploaded is all I am getting. I even got on line one on one with my McAfee and they got on my computer. I need help guys. Is not just browse, I am also having issues accessing the website I know my account has been compromise. All I did different is add 2 adds on that were recommended by Mozilla and I removed them but it looks like the damage was already done.

Running an iPhone 16. A few months ago there was a change in how images appeared when doing a search on Firefox. I use DuckDuckGo, but the same issue has also occurred when I’ve tried Bing on Firefox. When I do an initial search, say for a song I’d like to hear, the pictures will come up correctly. But then when I click on the specific item I want to listen to, the picture becomes a negative of itself. It is not an iPhone issue as this does not occur when I use Safari or Edge.

Since the last two Firefox updates currently have 136.0.2 (64-bit) "Open link in new tab" has been doing weird stuff like.... 1) it will open the link in a new tab BUT also opens the link in the already open tab giving me two open pages the same. Kind of defeats the option of "Open link in new tab". 2) trying to highlight text is not as simple as it once was. Left click before the text hold then drag, sometimes it starts then the blue highlight box just disappears or jumps to a different part of the text and sometimes nothing at all happens. 3) the mouse has been playing up as well since the last two Firefox updates, click the x in a tab to close the tab nothing happens and it is not as accurate there was a sort of margin to where the pointer had to been before the command worked not right on whatever you wanted the pointer to operate now it has to be as accurate as possible before it recognizes the command as the x to close a tab ect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse and drivers still happens. A still image would not really show the problem I need a video but I don't know how to do that and could I upload it? I recently switched from Brave to FireFox, and notice that my Google search results page doesn't load properly. I'm not sure how long after switching this was an issue. I feel like Google worked fine for a time, but now it's suddenly loading improperly.

I've also grabbed the console output from Google when on a search results page. You can find that here.

I'm using Windows 11 and have never had this issue happen before as far as I can remember. I am aware of a thread with an identical issue, but my issue still persists even after trying their solution.

Any help would be appreciated.

In MIUI/HyperOS by Xiaomi, the default font under simplified Chinese is 'MiSans' instead of 'Noto Sans CJK SC', and they are both located in /system/fonts. However, Firefox cannot use MiSans, even when i specify the font-family property to be 'MiSans VF' (the font family name of MiSans) in CSS.

On deleting an email the pane which lists all emails (?message list?, top right) is cleared and the only way to restore it that I have found is to close Thunderbird & reload. Strangely this process a) says that Thunderbird is still running; b) creates a new extra drafts folder (Drafts-1) with the same content as the original Drafts folder; and c) creates a new folder named Drafts.msf-X.compact-backup. I have tried reverting to an old version; and have installed the latest (136.0.1) to no avail. This occurred a week or so ago if my memory is correct.

Dear Firefox Team, I would like to ask you to consider updating Firefox for Windows desktop computers. I appreciate the innovative solutions introduced in your products, so I would like to propose adding a new functionality to the browser's home page. I propose implementing the option of displaying news directly on the home page. Users could easily select news categories that interest them, which would allow for better personalization of the presented content. What's more, it would be possible to set the refresh rate of the displayed news - for example, every 3, 5 minutes or at any selected time intervals.

I am convinced that such a feature would significantly increase the usability of the browser and could attract more users who expect quick and personalized information on a daily basis.

Thank you for your time and for considering my proposal. I hope that future releases of Firefox will find a place for this innovative functionality.
