Since about five days, Thunderbird keeps crashing without any notice. Once started again, it crashes after a few minutes -and so on...! What can be done? Thnaks for your help, Manfred

Hi The tabs have crashed notice keeps coming up on every change of page !!! I have the latest version installed with all my passwords saved, I am not a PC wizard so please explain how to solve this simply its driving me crazy !

Hi Support, The last Thunderbird Version crash on Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.3 Mac Apple M2 Pro, 16 Gocot RAM The crash occurs after login to install a utility. => Therefore, I cant't use Thunderbird (I am a small Thunderbird doner). NB: I cant't find the command for starting Thunderbird in maintenance mode. Thanks for help

For several weeks (I have a work-around for accessing emails) I'm unable to open Thunderbird. First instance of this was Sunday evening Dec 28. I've attached a screenshot of what I see.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird (twice) with obviously no joy.

Any insights would be appreciated.

Please fully explain any file or procedural references; in other words, please do not assume I lmow what you're talking about.

Ever since I switched my search engine to duck duck go I've noticed that from time to time the firefox app deems to freeze up and either it continues or just crashes.

mozilla keeps crashing almost on every website (says the tab has crashed). I checked, mozila is up to date, all extensions removed, no viruses or spyware, and it is crashing in troubleshoot mode as well.

Also few times a day says "your device ran in to a problem and needs to restart). Please advise what to do? Here is a submitted crash reports:

I have been having issues with Firefox since the new update. It will work for 5-10 minutes and then cashes and freezes my Macbook. I then have to restart my entire system. I have always loved using Firefox but lately its more of a pain and have been thinking of changing,

I have tried over several days to uninstall and reinstall Firefox to avoid tabs constantly crashing. While I've done this and multiple shut downs and restarts it continues to crash and can't figure out why. Please help.

Since i updated to 144 Thunderbird works well once started for a few minutes and then starts eating memory and in a few minutes it uses all system memory (64GB) and when virtual memory is exhausted it crashes

Now using 145 beta with same problem.

Using google calendar and only one plugin (Clippings for Thunderbird), tried to disable plugins, calendar, hardware acceleration, tried to compact folders, clear cache, clear msf with no success

Once I try to add a new email account and have entered the necessary data, I get the ad that the account will be created. However, the program simply hangs up and remains in that display.

Win 11 and Thunderbird 140 not working and I have tried all the things I found on the internet and none of them work. I have tried cleaning my registry and deleted directories and uninstalled thunderbird re-started and it will still not work.

I guess I have to forget thunderbird. It is a shame.

Hi there, I'm wondering why Firefox is crashing tabs like crazy for me the last few days. Chat Gpt reckons these screenshots indicate a problem with the JavaScript Engine. I'm looking for expert help to differentiate the cause so I can be sure my hardware isn't damaged. Scrolling fb or youtube , even using chat gpt and firefox just throws me a crashed tab. I have uploaded the reports that chat gpt has reviewed to ensure it is being accurate.

I'm mainly looking to find out so I can rule out if there are problems with my hardware .Any help identifying the source of the errors would be greatly appreciated!

An elderly friend uses Thunderbird on her laptop, and up until recently it has been fine. Then it just sits there and doesn’t show any new emails, just kind of frozen. She can send emails but not receive them.. Previously another friend had downloaded BT software to act as an alternate to access her @btinternet.com emails…. Strangely she hadn’t received any emails for a few days…. I found that her emails were being auto forwarded to an unknown email. I disabled that and her emails arrived and were visible on the BT site. I downloaded the thunderbird app to her mobile and attempted to set her account up , with no luck.

Any suggestions. Should I delete the thunderbird stuff on both laptop and phone and re-install?

Getting "Mozilla Firefox Crash Reporter" problem message when attempting to print files (Docs & Sheets) from Google Cloud. Errors messages have appeared on Lenova Thinkpad laptop in Firefox since mid Dec update. Can print existing files located on desktop, just not from cloud. Both HP and Epson Printers test fine, can print 'test pages'. Tried downloading files from cloud to pc....opening downloads, got same Firefox problem message and crashed. Have used same firefox browser and same printers for several years. Rebooted several times, same error. Can print, 'printer test pages'. Do I have a switch turned off/on or is this a browser problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.

hello Ive been dealing with this constant battle of Firefox working for about a week and then just completely stops randomly. This problem never occurred when i was on windows 10 but ever since i installed windows 11 this has started to happen. If i turn on my desktop and Firefox doesn't work i have to either refresh Firefox through the uninstaller or boot into safe mode and then boot into regular and it will work for a couple days and then stop again its a full on cycle and in tired of dealing with this mess just to keep using your guys browser. I don't want to leave Firefox but it doesn't really leave me a choice unless you guys can help me solve this problem.

Hello, Randomly but frequently enough to be annoying, Firefox freezes my entire laptop. I have windows 11. It freezes so badly that I have to hold down the on/off button until it goes off. I looked it up outside of Firefox help and, per suggestions, turned off the hardware accelerator. That seemed to work for a little while but now it's happening again with greater frequency. There doesn't seem to be any exact situation that causes it which makes it very hard to diagnose. But it's enough that I'm thinking of looking for another browser so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
