I thought it was a phone or keyboard issue in my phone and it might be.

But I have noticed that in Firefox for Android it auto-capitalises password fields. This is not a good feature. I continually enter passwords wrong as a result. It may happen in other apps but I've noticed it is not the case in all of them. And I have new devices that have the same problem. Has anyone an idea of how to turn it off please?

How do I get firefox to use location services? Everything I've looked at thus far has instructed me to do things that were not an option for me e.g., click on >.

In android, when I'm browsing in a Web that it has a Embedded twitter post, Firefox close instantly.

It's really frustrating. I had to install edge on my smartphone for this.

I have a Samsung Note10 Lite. I have a Swedish layout and English layout on the keyboard. Swiping on the spacebar switches language. I mainly use Swedish. Each time I start Firefox, the layout goes to English. I have set Firefox to Swedish, but the keyboard still switches to English all the time. Really annoying an causing typing errors. No other app on my phone does that.

I'm using Firefox v79.0.5 on Android 10, and a browser behavior has apparently changed.

Used to be that if I opened a link that was active on a tab, that tab would become current.

Now, when I open a link, it always opens a new tab, so that I have 2 (or more) tabs displaying the same link.

Is there a control/setting I can use to restore the old behavior?

I have a new phone and I'm experiencing a strange problem with Bing search engine on Firefox for Android. When I get my search results in Bing and I want to go to images or videos tab, my keyboard appears briefly, and nothing happens. I cannot open any search results, nothing. I have to refresh the page in order to click on any search results. Images and videos tab still not working and if I try to click it again everything will be frozen all over again.

I Have Enhanced Tracking protection "strict" level but this link shows result as attached picture.

In the latest versions, the ability to view the source code of the page has disappeared. Using a prefix "view-source:" doesn't work either.

How do I view the source code now?

I would like Firefox to start every time with the same set of tabs open. I have tried creating a collection. However I can't figure out how to make the collection open on startup or some other way to get a fixed set of urls to open in separate tabs. The default behaviour seems to be to open the tabs that were open when the browser was last closed which is not what I want. How do I get the same urls to open every time I launch Firefox?
