Bonjour, Par erreur j'ai effacé toutes les données contenues sur le support de mémoire de mon ordinateur et depuis je suis incapable d'accéder à mon compte thunderbird et à ma messagerie. Every time I wake my computer up or start it, I get the attached error about a profile not being compatible. I did switch to the ESR release channel a while back, but I deleted the old profiles; the folder is gone and the profile manager shows only the ESR profile. I have also tried to prevent firefox from starting on startup, but it keeps happening. Does anyone know how to prevent this error from happening, or have any ideas of how to investigate what's going on further?

My firefox account is in the region of France and the language is French. Yet I have never been to France or speak French. When I created my account I created it in English as French is not my language. When I first downloaded firefox I naturally downloaded the English version and but as soon as I logged into my account everything changed to French. My search results are in French, the websites presented to me in French. I have changed the language settings to English, I have also changed my profile to Canada and Language as English yet my account is still in the French region and the language French. I would like my region to be changed to Canada and my default language to be English. Please look at the attached screen shot. The system language of my computer is also English.

I need assistance to setup my accounts correctly in my unified inbox. A few times I have lost some messages, when sending mail, they go out from both accounts Is there a way to chat with someone, and to share screenshots. I look forward to hear.

Hi, Win 10 Pro new installation. Dell Optiplex MBR type Bios.

I had saved a recent profile to an external drive in its own name (i.e. not the profiles folder)

After the new Win 10 installation, I downloaded a new copy of Thunderbird.

I then copied the saved profile into the new Profiles folder, selected it in Choose user profile and started Thunderbird.

Thunderbird opened but not with the saved (8+ Gb) profile, just one new email account and asking for passwords to other email accounts I used before, and no folders.

I went back into the profiles folder and renamed all other profiles "OLDxxx999, but still the same one new email account when I opened Thunderbird.

I desperately need the saved email folders - I don't mind loading all the email accounts again, just need my court case history folders.

How can I force Thunderbird to use the saved profile, or can I identify and individually load in the saved local folders?

Thank you for any guidance towards a solution.

Hello, I want to make sure I do not have any paying services active earlier this year i had issues with data breach I did cancel some services but, i did not realize some came all from Mozilla like Firefox relay,mozilla vpn, mozilla monitor etc. I also seem to have created at some point two accounts one using my gmail and one using my hotmail since both emails had the data breach issues. I currently have annual subscriptions for both Monitor+ & VPN. How do I get credit for the remainder of both subscriptions applied to the $8.25/mo. Privacy Protection Plan? I tried to upgrade through my Mozilla account profile & it was only going to credit from Monitor+.

I looked through all of the FAQs before writing this. There was a question about upgrading from VPN & Relay, but not specifically upgrading from VPN & Monitor+ annual subscriptions.

Also, will/does the Privacy Protection Plan still cover 5 devices that the stand alone VPN does?
