I am 82 years old and have Essential Tremor. I am on medications but my hands still shake enough to give me problems with your audio volume sliders.

Is there a way to make the audio volume sliders wider?

If not, there should be.

I have 7 folders in my Thunderbird (128.9.2esr (64-bit)) "Favorite Folders". The last folder keeps disappearing. When I right click on that folder in the "All Folders" tree, the favorite folder is checked. If I uncheck it and recheck it, it then shows up in "Favorite Folders" again. It disappears at least once each day. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

I hope no one is going to come into my accessibility anymore and I want you to help me to reset this my Mozilla Firefox if I did not set it here you can use your settings for me because some people accessibility to control my device

On MacOS, in order to set keyboard shortcut, I need to know the exact name for the feature. But I can't find tab navigations in Firefox's menu.

For example, in Chrome, they have a menu called "Tab" and there is "Select Next Tab" and "Select Previous Tab" in the menu. That are the names I need to set keyboard shortcut. But I can't find the equivalent in Firefox.

From the screenshot, the keyboard shortcut works for Chrome, but not working for Firefox as I don't have the exact name for tab navigation.

Maybe my phone gas issues but I have been using Mozilla for so long, I have acquired many bookmarks. I can't save anymore because mu list is so long & tiresome. It nees a drop-down tab to better organize. Might I also suggest a way to alert owners that there is a page they haven't seen in a long time. Also an organizer that is automated.

I have a folder on my desktop labelled "Local Folders", which contains the emails I have put into seperate folders. My Thunderbird start page does not show those folders in the Folder Pane on the left. It only shows folders like inbox, trash etc. Can anyone help?

Can I substitute a more legible font for one of Firefox's? How? Where would I find suitable fonts. (Increased character spacing is what I will resort to if necessary, but it wastes space.)

To whom it may concern,

My manager is having issues with the drag-and-drop feature in her Thunderbird account. One of her most favoured features is being able to drag emails from the inbox section of her email account into a designated folder. However this feature seems to have been disabled or is unresponsive for her.

Additionally she is getting a notification which says "Not enough disk space' We have a team of administrators who assist with inbox management and clearing of spam and junk however due to the busy nature of her work she receives hundreds of emails on a daily basis. How would she go about increasing her disk space? And are these two issues related?

My thunderbird wont allow me to logon to my e-mails. Each time I try the following appears. "Server IMAP.free-online.net" has disconnected" so that I cannot read my mail accounts. I have checked all my connection information and it is all correct.

As one of the major programs I use is Designer that require to use old version 32 bit computer. As my existing Lenova T410S getting troubles and want to upgrade to T450s that I can use the old software include Microsoft Designer and SBT accounting system. Do I need to actually Donate in order to get the access to try on other computers ever time if I am trying another computer? As I am not sure which one is good until messages being downloaded completely.

I recently imported successfully a large (2GB) folder to Thunderbird on Windows 10.. Soon after I received a message wanting to run compaction. Now I cannot display any messages at all from any folder. There is no message to show that compaction is still running although Task Manager does show show a task with the name of the imported folder using less than 1% CPU.

I am syncing to iCloud which I now gather is not recommended. As far as I can see the Mail is still in the database - the folders are all roughly the expected size. .msf files are all there - small compared to the corresponding mail file but not empty. I tried a repair on the imported folder but it did not make any difference.

 What can I do please?
