Today at around 10am my thunderbird email client has just completely stopped working.

I don't see any problems reported have tried swapping from WiFi to Data and no difference.

I have multiple accounts connected to the client and all of them are not working.

Is anyone else experiencing similar or had it happen?

Since the last two updates, Not including the current update as I have not downloaded it because I am sick of them, I cannot see any images on Sky news articles. There is just a white box where the images should be.

Also the back/forward buttons are useless. I do a search on Bing and click through the pages then when I , say get to page six and retype for another article the previous search doesn't exist when I use the back button. I have to remember and retype the name of the article I am looking for.

is it possible to make the cache bigger than the 1gb it has i have spent hours trawling though the data and cannot find it please help a 70 yr old even ifs a no cannot be done

Hello, redminote 12 pro 5G (hyper OS 3.03.0) has permission to use the camera. but when I want to scan the QR code generated by Thunderbird on PC, nothing happens. However, I did manage to import my accounts on a Xiaomi tablet. An idea or an alternative for transferring the accounts? Thank you in advance for your help. PS: My PC is running Linux mint, does it make a difference?

I am following the instructions to ad a site to my exceptions buts it's just runs me in a circle, please tell me how to ad a page to exceptions if it says cookies must be allowed in browser

New W11 Pro pc, so new installation of Thunderbird. All profiles and folders moved over ok, but the Bin folder is an issue (main Gmail account IMAP). In my previous Tbird installation, I was able to right click the Bin folder, and be given the option of emptying said folder. Not now. The Spam folder does have the Empty option. Pics illustrate the folder list, what happens when I right click the Bin folder, and what happens when I right click the Spam folder, which does have the 'Empty Spam' option. I can highlight the messages in the Bin folder and delete them that way, but the right click option is shorter, easier... The only item I can find in the Thunderbird help pages tell me to delete the Trash and Trash msf folders in the profile - tried this twice, with no difference. It's a little frustrating... Any help would be welcomed, I guess I'm missing something really simple...

Before facebook using reCAPTCHA I can easily logo in my Facebook and Instagram account, but now I always failed to pass the reCAPTCHA， I report this to Meta no good reply. Only today I did the reCAPTCHA and then got a reminder that facebook cannot detect the reCAPTCHA. I still cannot logo on to my facebook and instagram account due to reCAPTCHA. How can I solve this problem. Thx

hi, in my older laptop i have no problem downloading pdf files. Canva or webpages that open as pdf file. But in my new laptop i have idm downloader installed. download helper is also installed yet pdf file is not downloading. In canva it is not downloading at all. in case of pdf webpage the page is staying white with no action. What should i do. I searched web about this but never got an answer. even now i don't know if i explained the problem in a way you could understand

Good morning, When I load a TastyTrade Website: The Firefox browser starts blinking black and white and never loads the page. I tried troubleshooting myself:

- Open Settings → Performance. - Uncheck the two enabled options. - Reload the browser.

It worked once, but when I reloaded Tasty Trade, the problem returned. Please advise. Thanks.

On my Samsung A05 Thunderbird does not show received email dates only the day. This is useless for finding emails going back more than a week or two. I don't care what day of the week it was received, just the date and time. Earlier solution offered (via message lists) not in any of my menus so cannot use. Please advise how to show dates. Although I am using the latest firefox update and have cleared all firefox data and cookies it can take up to 30 minutes for facebook and instagram to load. When I switch to Google Chrome both facebook and instagram load instantly. What might be causing this? Thank you.

I have used Firefox for years now and I always keep my sync on. When I sign in to a new device, I sync and all my data. I had a problem with my PC today and I downloaded Firefox for mobile on my Android tab. I tried signing in but forgotten my password, I did a reset and logged in and tried to sync but I can't find my previous data. I can't even see any of my previous devices. This is strange because it has always worked

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

I have been using Firefox on my iPhone for years without problems. But for about a week now if I’m on data it can’t load any websites, a message appears saying it cannot connect to server. It works fine when I’m on WiFi.
