Anyone know what is happening? In the past month or so trying to view websites on iPhone, even on Firefox has become impossible.

The number and size of ads has metastasized to the point they block out all content. Is this a new trend? Is it my settings?

Who is responsible for this shift — the website ad settings or the browsers? Is it Google further breaking the internet?

For the neurodiverse, it’s an accessibility issue as well as a dystopian nightmare.

Please tell me there’s a way to fight this apart from permanent reader mode. This has vastly reduced our use of the internet. Each site feels like a trap and a scam.

The ads cause anxiety as well as irritation and general thwartedness as I cannot reach the content! What are these people/bots thinking?

Survey prompts every time I open app for first time. Regardless of answer nothing happens. How do I make it go away permanently? I’m fine with taking a survey but it just doesn’t open.

For the SECOND time, I have lost all my bookmarks and passwords after a Firefox update. Why does this keep happening? How do I get my bookmarks and passwords back? Why is it that past updates didn't destroy my bookmarks and passwords, but the last two did it?

I have proton pass on an extension on Firefox on my iMac. I want to add the extension to my Firefox on iPad. I deleted Firefox app and reinstalled, I thought I downloaded the extension of proton pass, but I can’t find it. Each time I go back to Firefox and search for the extension it asks me to download Firefox again. I’m in a loop. Would appreciate any help! Thanks!

Noticed that Firefox on IOS was updated about 17 hours ago, so that may explain the current issue. When I open the app on my phone, it will be on the page I was last on, but would be frozen. Cannot add a new tab. Cannot add an address to in address bar. Nothing can be done u til I force quit the app, and then reopen the app afterwards (as long as I give it a couple seconds afterwards). Didn’t have this issue the day before.

I am attempting to copy apps from my iPhone to an new android tablet. It wants me to open Safari and use it, but I do not have Safari, it was removed when I downloaded Firefox. What do I do now? Is it actually on the Mozilla site? And, if so, where might I find it on the Mozella site?

I have Firefox 152.3 (73911) on iPhone with the latest iOS 26.5.2 On Firefox, web pages not showing up when switched between open apps on iPhone.

Hello Mozilla Support Team, I am writing because my primary email address associated with my Mozilla/Firefox account has been compromised and I no longer have any access to it. Unfortunately, this prevents me from performing basic account management tasks. Specifically: • I would like to add and verify a new email address (*censored@outlook.com) as a secondary email so I can later promote it to primary. • However, when trying to add any secondary email, Mozilla sends a verification code/link to the current primary email address — which I cannot receive anymore. • As a result, I am completely locked out of updating or securing my account, even though I can still log in with my password (and possibly 2FA if set up). My new desired primary email is: *censored@outlook.com I have read the official documentation (e.g., https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-primary-email-address-firefox-accounts and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information), which states that changing the primary email without prior secondary email setup is not possible for security reasons when the old primary is inaccessible. Questions: 1. Is there any exception, manual verification process, or alternative recovery method available in cases of compromised/lost primary email access? (For example, through identity verification, account recovery key if I have one, or support-assisted change?) 2. If no recovery is possible, can you please confirm that creating a brand-new Mozilla account with *censored@outlook.com is the only remaining option, and advise on how to best migrate my synced data (bookmarks, passwords, history, etc.) if still accessible on my devices? I understand the security implications and that Mozilla prioritizes protection against unauthorized changes — I just want to regain full control and secure my data properly. I am editing in Wix and Canva. My designs and edits are not being saved automatically. I have been told this is because Firefox is clashing with those programs. I cleared the cache as advised. But this issue is still happening. What can I do? Maybe not work in Firefox with these sites?

Google is the only search engine that will open a page. When using Firefox iOS to search, find your way back to a better search engine (below) appears after downloading the app. It seems to be in a loop that will not allow me t open any url. I believe my phone has flexispy (or some kind of spyware) downloaded on it and this is one search engine that it possibly cannot track, so it doesn’t function at all? Could this be the cause of this continuous loop that sends me back to download the app?

When I set up Mozilla I set homepage to show Jump Back In. i later disabled this option and started pinning shortcuts.

I can’t remove two of the Jump In shortcuts that were left on the homepage.

Pls advise as they are really annoying !!
