The keyboard shortcut to take screenshots [Ctrl + Shift + S] used to work a few weeks ago but it has stopped working for quite a while now. Doesn't work on any site, I can only create screenshots by right clicking and pressing the button manually.

Mozilla currently allows a user to select an AI Chatbot to use in the updated sidebar. The choices are limited to Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Le Chat Mistral and Microsoft Copilot. When will Mozilla add Grok to this list of choices?

I am experiencing an issue on my Samsung J5 running Android 5. When I try to set Firefox as the default browser, I am redirected to an information page. While helpful, it does not mention that Firefox cannot be set as the default browser on Android versions below 8.

It would be clearer if this limitation were explicitly stated on that page.

Hello, When I open the window to write a new email the toolbar is missing. I can't see the buttons for "send" or "attach" or any other options.(you can see it on the picture) How can I restore the toolbar? Thank you for your help. Best regards, Bokor Vanessza

I recently switched to Thunderbird from MS Office10 Outlook. Formerly, once I downloaded an email it was stored on my hard drive until I erased it. I could delete the email from the Earthlink account online, and still have it stored, thus staying under the 100mb storage limit in Earthlink. With Thunderbird, when I delete an email on line it disappears from Thunderbird.

How do I get Thunderbird to save my emails to my hard drive, so that I can delete them from my Earthlink account?

Thunderbird - somehow the Outgoing Server (SMTP) option at the bottom of my email list disappeared from my email accounts so I can't add different outgoing servers for my different email accounts. I have tried everything. I dont know how it disappeared and don't know how to get it back pls advise. Regards.

Hi all, I just installed Thunderbird the other night and in trying to figure stuff out about it, I've hidden the button that allows me to change the way my messages are displayed. Nowhere in my settings can I see an option to show this again. Can someone please help? I've attached a screenshot of my Thunderbird window if it helps.

I recently transferred my Thunderbird email to a new Windows 11 laptop. Everything is ok, except the font size in received emails can best be described as very tiny. I've tried everything to increase the font size, but nothing helps. My screen has a resolution of 2880x 1880 Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Every time I open the new version the following comes up in a window. By agreeing, you’ll allow Thunderbird Mail to access: Yahoo Contacts read and write Yahoo Calendar read and write Yahoo Mail read and write

The Yahoo Contacts and Yahoo Mail I can understand, But, I don't want a Yahoo Calendar. Is it somehow possible to allow Contacts and Mail, but exclude Calendar?

I use dark mode, but I prefer to view the email body in light mode, as this is typically the sender’s default formatting. To achieve this, I previously configured: • Settings → General → Fonts & Colors → Colors • Set Text to black and Background to white • Enabled “Override the colors specified by the content with my selections above:” and set it to “Only with High Contrast themes”

However, since this update, this setting no longer works. Now, the only workaround is to manually click the “Turn dark mode off” button for each email, which does work. But it’s inconvenient to do this every time.

Is there a way to disable dark mode for all email bodies by default, so I don’t need to click the button each time?

Please return my Computer to using Firefox default as my browser as it was 2/01 /2026.Ive tried several times to do this w/o success . I was using windows 11 and have been trying to get rid of MS365 which I never used but have been charged for a solution , but have been blocked and refused cancellation after they asked me to change my email address and PW . Insanely confusing !

I had been using Thunderbird as my email App for very long time. About a few years ago I stopped using it, due to some annoying errors.

I installed the new version a few days ago, however I am some issues:

1. I want to change the default email composing font type and font color. I made changes in the setting and config editor as well. When I start creating an email the font type and color shown is correct. However, as soon as I start typing the default takes over.

2. I have about 50, 000 emails, which I keep for references (ATT-Yahoo). Every evening all the messages disappear, except for about 2000. Then, in the mornings, I have to restart the app and it starts to download "AGAIN". Please advise.

I'm running Thunderbird on iMac.

I've been quite meticulously color-coding a large number of my folder icons (under "properties" for each) over the past couple of years, but now all my icons have gone back to that default yellow.

I've tried running in troubleshoot mode, but that makes no difference. So now I've updated to 128.5.2esr Nebula, which purports to be the newest. Still, nothing has changed.

Is there any way I can restore those colors? I could, of course, re-assign them by hand, but it would be a major task offering no guarantee that the icons won't simply switch back to default all over again.
