I have a 2023 MacBook Pro and a Synology NAS. Fairly recently, when I have tried to access the web site for the NAS using Firefox, I have received the following error message: "Unable to connect. An error occurred during a connection to [the IP address].” I am able to access the web site using the Safari and Bing browsers, and I also am able to access the web site using Firefox on an iPad. I already have contacted Apple and Synology support personnel, and have been that the issue is not with either Apple or Synology products. Please let me of any potential solutions to this problem that Mozilla may have.

I'd like to take a full-page screenshot of my content within my Canvas/Instructure online class, but it only captures what's visible. I've tried opening the frame in its own tab, but it doesn't help.

When I use my phone to capture the entire page, it can work, but it's so narrow! Plus I have to continuously tap the "Scroll Down" button for the capturing process to capture more and more.

Can anyone please help? Thanks.

A while back I noticed that my google calendar no longer sends reminders to my gmail (or rather, I suspect, gmail does not receive them). Yesterday I missed an important meeting because of this, so I want to get to the bottom of it. I verified that the reminders are properly set in my calendar, so I have to assume that they are going out. The pop-up windows do pop, so I assume that it is not on the calendar side. I also noted that calendar.google.com and gmail.google.com have the proper permissions to send pop-ups and notifications to gmail, which indicates to me that this end of the equation is working. (Don't know how to isolate the error further, though.) It seems that the Firefox settings need to be changed somehow. Any ideas?

I was at a friend last night and logged into my monzilla account on his firefox browser. To my shock all his passwords, over 300 of them, got added to my password. I just want to point out here that his passwords were stored locally without an account. As soon as I logged in it started syncing on my account. This is a HUGE SECURITY BREACH and should be addressed immediately. there should at least be a prompt or 2 making sure that I want to add locally stored password to my account or not.

If I had not noticed it at that time I would probably have gotten away with all of his passwords without me or him knowing. I had to manually delete the ~300 entries. makes you think how many times this already happened in the past for others.

I am encountering an issue with the Ultimate Addon Image Gallery when viewed in the Mozilla browser. On the user's first visit to the page, the image gallery fails to load promptly, often taking a long time to display. During this delay, a black screen appears instead of the intended images, and the images do not retain their original sizes.

I have Firefox on Windows desktop and on my android phone. I have logged into both. When I click on "tabs from other devices" I only see tabs from another PC I use.

I tried logging out of Firefox Android and using the desktop browser's "connect another device" link to log back into it, but it still doesn't appear as a device. What am I missing?

EDIT: Ok now Android tabs are showing up, but not all of them. Seems to cut off after about 40. Anyway to get Firefox Desktop to show all Android tabs?

I can't access my Google account. Because when I try to Kohinoor to it,it asks me for two-step verification. This is my old Google account, now I don't have that old mobile or phone number so I Can't access it.please help me recover my Google account. This is my old Google account that I want to restore. Ever since Facebook started infesting the chats with end-to-end encryption (random chats get "Messenger upgraded the security of this chat. Messages and calls are secured with end-to-end encryption" without my permission or asking if I want this), any encrypted chats have audio and video calls disabled. I note that I have ONE friend for whom it didn't do this, I can still do calls with her. If I receive a call, I get a pop-up saying that to receive this call I must download the Messenger app (no way) or a browser which supports it. If I check what browsers it thinks supports this, it only lists Chrome and Edge. As far as I know Edge is just Internet Explorer renamed, the biggest black hole in security, I've never touched it. Chrome ignores industry standards, so I don't use it. Making Firefox the best, top browser available. It's the only browser I wish to use. Mozilla needs to look into how to get Facebook to stop blacklisting Firefox like this. Note that this E2EE garbage has only been infecting things for the last few months, before that I was perfectly able to do any calls I wished in Facebook Messenger.
