iOS 15.8.3, FF Version 133.2.

A couple of months ago I started having a bunch of issues with the iOS app simultaneously. First I couldn't get my tabs to sync. Then I signed out and had a hard time signing back in-- it just wouldn't work. Now I am finally signed in, but the app isn't working like it used to. I haven't been able to sync tabs since then now matter how many times I try. It still shows tabs for stuff I read months ago. I can't send tabs from desktop to my phone (but I can send from my phone to desktop with no issues). Finally, the tabs are all weird now-- they are huge (see pic).

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 20 or 30 times. I'm considering going back to Safari because the main reason I use Firefox is for phone/desktop connectivity and it just isn't working anymore. Any ideas?

so I did a factory data reset of my s22 Plus last week and I just tried to send it a tab from my Mac to my phone which doesn't work but it works the other way. The device was still signed into my account I signed it out sign it back in from the phone and every time I try to scan the QR code to connect another device from the QR code scanner in the search bar of the Firefox browser it keeps saying that I need to use like another app because it thinks it thinks I'm using the phones camera I'm not quite sure where to go from here

I had a smartphone, it died I bought a new one

I moved the SD card from the old to the new one, dear stupid Android 13 then 14 say: oh I'm sorry you have to format your SD card, lol

during the configuration of the new smartphone, I asked to restore data from the backup of the old smartphone: - some parameters has been restored - applications were reinstalled - for example osmand restart with all configurations made on my previous smartphone

but, when I run Firefox, even after login on firefox sync, I have ......... nothing: - no passwords - no bookmarks - no preferences

why?

I reinstalled the Firefox app on my android phone and I am not able to sync the phone now with my account info and bookmarks. Scanning the barcode to sync from my phone does not work. It does not respond at all. Manually entering my email and password does not work either as it says I have the incorrect password when inputting the code sent by email.

so i signed into my firefox account on a new computer and every time i hit the sync now button it brings a pop up for half a second then it disappears and no changes happen to my bookmarks or any of my other synced data.looked through the forums could not find anything that was even similar to my problem

Hello, I reinstalled win 10 on my pc and Wien i logged back into my account sync is working but no passwords, adds, bookmarks are loaded, so I have the most important question, what am I supposed to do? Thanks

I recently reinstalled Windows on my computer and expected Firefox to sync and restore my saved passwords, as I had enabled Firefox Sync before reinstalling. However, after syncing my account, my passwords did not appear, and I am unable to access them.

I have already tried the following steps:

   Checked the sync status of my Firefox account.
   Ensured that I am signed into the correct Firefox account on my browser.
   Searched for any relevant troubleshooting steps but haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Could you please assist me in restoring my saved passwords or provide any guidance on how I can retrieve them?

I just created an account to sync my passwords and bookmarks from an old Macbook to a new one. I can see both devices on the Mozilla account but the Sync does not work. Nothing appears in my bookmarks.

i recently had to get a new computer and had set up sync for everything however when i logged in to my new device none of my synced data was saved is there any way to get this data back i have passwords that i need that firefox forced me to use a secure generated and saved ones that i dont know

I installed a new Windows 10, then I installed the latest version of Mozilla Firefox v133 and there's no sync option in this version 🤔 What is the problem?

i had to restore windows 10 (some things weren't working at all after some maintenance) i performed the restore with the option to keep the files i then installed firefox logged into my google account via gmail page then in firefox itself to restore bookmarks and everything else (same google account)(i had to reset the password via google account) now i dont get all the things saved/synced: no bookmarks, no passwords, extensions, etc. please help

I follow the instructions on how to Sync and save data on my mobile, but there is no option in the options as described. I am logged in on both the phone and desktop.

After a recent apple update,the app Password was created on my phone. It does not appear to be syncing with Firefox password in this Password app. It appears the Password app has replace Keyword in my apple settings which was working and synced with my Firefox. Any suggestions?

When attempting to sync my data on my android device it doesn't do anything. I'm currently in the account settings on my phone and when I hit "sync now" it just does nothing.
