Please help me. Firefox disappears when I open a second app on top of it (i.e. MS Word or Mac Mail). Full screen is not selected. If I put Firefox in split screen (which is not what I want), there is no option to open a second app in other half of screen.

I'm using MacOS Ventura 13.7.4

This page (https://store.creality.com/products/creality-k2-plus-combo-3d-printer?official-website-pro-store%3FOfficial-website-index-buy=&spm=..index.index_creality_product_1.1) appears almost white except for two small buttons in firefox but is normal in Edge. Note that it's same in troubleshoot mode.

I am looking for a solution that will allow links to open in the same tab rather than tab, tab, tab, tab, tab, tab, tab. I am also having issue with sign ins opening a new blank tab and not having the ability to sign in at all. I've been using Firefox since I quit Netscape. And yes, I tried many epic fails that were disguised as solutions that don't work. I'm seriously about to give up on this browser if I can't get what I had after a SSD drive fail that forced me to reinstall from the ground up.

I'm trying to get my settings & themes back after an update, and nothing is working. I can't even open bookmarks on the bookmarks toolbar. I just get "new tab" with the dots moving like it's searching for a site.

New update to Zen browser this morning, indicated that Roboform extension needed to be updated. Uninstalled,re-installed Roboform extension. Zen browser does not seem to use the the extension - no offer to fill passwords, etc.

Can I revert to previous version of the browser?

My computer displays were dramatically different one morning a couple of days ago, as MS Edge seems to have overtaken control of my system, which included changing the displays on my monitors. I have restored the system to a few days ago when the system was correct, but the restore resulted in the same Edge displays. With considerable effort to overcome Edge, I have also made Firefox my default browser. After resetting and restarting, my One Note pages are still no longer available and my displays have not changed from the Edge-changed ones. Any additional ideas? Please?

With the updated version of Firefox (136.0.1), the menu items that were located at the top in the menu section used for modifying documents no longer are visible. How can I get those back in place?

I opened the Bookmark Manager because I wanted to change some tags. After I made the changes, and deleted the websites from the old tags, I wasn't able to delete them. In r/mozilla it was suggested that I Verify Integrity. Is there something I'm supposed to do after I run that? I was still unable to delete tags. My university requires me to logon to use campus services every 24 hours. Upon expiration of the logon credential after the 24 hour period, a logon window will prompt to re-enter credentials. The problem is that it will continue to prompt log in with new pop up windows every few minutes so if I don't log in, for example, over night, I'll wake up to hundreds of log on window pop ups. This creates system wide slowdown due to memory resources being maxed out. I can't enable universal pop up blocks as the systems I require use pop ups and having to open each pop up manually does work in my workflow. Any solutions? Thank you!

None of my saved passwords in my Mozilla account are showing up when I switch laptops and try to logon to various sites. Instead I have to manually enter the passwords for the sites every time even though the sites show that I have saved passwords for that site in my Mozilla account. When I type the password in a old or new site, Mozilla doesn't even ask if I want to save the password anymore.

the About Firefox information says version 136.0.1 Firefox is up to date, however in the Update History in Settings, all the updates since version 113 are list as "updated failed"

I accessed the about:support page as part of attempting to diagnose a fix irregularities with logging of history entries. After at most 2 seconds the screen repeatedly began flashing to a black screen. The screen would stay black for up to 10 seconds then clear for maybe 1 to 2 seconds and then blackscreen again repeatedly. It did it on several consecutive occasions so is no one-off

Similar problems occur with Amazon Prime and Spotify but the black screen last significantly longer (over a minute or more) and the cleared screen shorter (milliseconds).

On no occasions have I seen anything that resembles and error message or code.

I restarted Firefox in safe mode loading about:support again with no other tab loaded and it continued to happen. It clearly is not a add-on or extension that is responsible. Sometimes shutting down Firefox (if you can see the screen long enough to do so) clears the problem but not always. Equally switching windows using <ALT><TAB> can relieve the problem but only on some occasions. I've not identified which applications might relieve the issue in such circumstances but suffice to say were I to return to the problem web page it would begin again.

Trying to reset the video card (Windows key Ctrl Shift B) has no effect.

Clearing the cache, cookies etc seems to make no difference and other temporary files

I only clear my history periodically leaving several months of entries available.

I have tried to update the video drivers on numerous occasions and been advised they are up to date on every occasion.

It occurs with hardware acceleration checked on and without it.

Reinstalling Firefox makes no difference and the black screen issues have been happening now for probably 2 years or so across multiple versions of Firefox and before today (when I used about:support which I have not used before) I had assumed it was purely down to third party sites but now having experienced these problems it's clear that at least in part Firefox is part of the problem.

It does not happen with other 'about' functions (profiles,config,processes,memory) so seems specific to the about:support function in terms of Firefox related pages.

Turning the monitor off and disconnecting the monitor from the power supply for the obligatory 10 seconds is the most certain and least disruptive way of resolving the problem. Just turning the monitor off and on again without disconnecting the power does not seem to resolve the issue. Obviously rebooting the system which can waste more than an hour of my time all told shutting down and bringing up software will also clear the issue. Rebooting a PC is no resolution to any software problem.

I am using an HP24i FHD monitor connected to a Dell Optiplex 7060 SFF running Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 OS Build 19045.5487 and an up to date version of Firefox (version 136.0.1 [64-bit])

The system is regularly scanned for malware and viruses and as far as I am concerned is clean. Standard WIndows maintenance and repair tasks (eg fsck, sfc, DISM) are carried out periodically and there is currently one windows update released earlier this week outstanding.

Please can you advise what other steps I can take (or if it is a 'feature' linked to the about:support page provide a work around in your next release) to address a problem that is becoming an increasing nuisance and yet another reason to abandon Firefox whose performance is becoming increasingly flakey in a number of ways.

PS Your 'educated guesses' about software versions in the help form page are blank. Another feature?

I found that my Figma prototype works in all other broswers, but appears mangled in Firefox. I've restarted and tried troubleshoot mode, but issue remains. See attached screen shots for ramdom background color for text blocks.

My e-mail will not load sub links. It pops up a list of links not related to the e-mail. Stated when I installed avast. Took avast off. DID NOT fix problem. What now???

I can log onto all of the webpages that require a UN & PW except www.spectrumbusiness.net I have turned off pop-up blockers, cleared the cache, restarted the modum, and restarted my computer. I still can't log on with Firefox but I can log in with Google. When I try to log in, this is the message that I get: "We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again. NETGE-1000." I use Firefox almost exclusively so I don't want to have to go to Google to log in for just this site.

I have been using Linkman for over 15 years and have a very large collection of bookmarks. Is there anyway to enable it? I'd hate abandon Firebox as I do need this extension please help.

When I open Firefox browser around ten several weeks old tabs are there. It is not set in the setting to open. I did many attempts to get rid of this nuisance and they are still here. I Created new profile, erased all profiles, removed Firefox, and reinstalled with option not to use old setting since new installation found that the fire fox has been installed. And frustration part that Mozilla do not offer (as I know) support to fix this problem. This glitch is hidden somewhere and the program always find it an put it back. I am not sure if what to do as I run out of options, other than turn to another browser after many years using only Firefox with no problems at all. Thanks Ned

One of the things I love abt Firefox Focus is its simple Google search page that won't show any trending topics and it really makes it a no fuss browser.

But after the recent update in android 136.0.1 , I am utterly disappointed that the thing I loved the most abt this browser is no longer there and Google search looks just like it looks in the chromium based broswers.

I want developers to consider this request to make it look like before, it would really make this actually a No fuss browser.
