Steps to reproduce : - go to YouTube - open a video - press the full screen button or tilt the phone sideways to trigger full screen - Firefox crashes and forces back to home screen - if opening Firefox again only half of the video component shows as in portrait mode, rest is black screen - if attempting to go side/full screen does properly show the video, but going back again to normal screen still shows the half black screen

I can reproduce this with a almost 100% rate, it only fixes itself by restarting Firefox, where it will work until phone is put to sleep mode.

I tried reinstalling Firefox from scratch, as well as deleting my browser cache and it didn't fix.

I'm on the latest non-beta version of Firefox on my PC, but my problem has been happening for over a month now. Whenever I add a new bookmark, Firefox has started remembering the last folder I saved a bookmark into. That's not really a helpful feature but, worse still, it doesn't actually save the bookmark into that folder but saves it into Bookmarks Menu instead. I then have to add the bookmark again and choose the folder I want to save it into, as on the second attempt it defaults to Bookmarks Menu as the location. Sometimes the new bookmark remains in the Bookmarks Menu after the second save regardless of what other folder I select. I haven't checked to see if the bookmarks are being duplicated in that scenario.

I've been assuming that this was a bug and have been expecting it to be fixed, but there have been several new releases of Firefox since I started having the problem and it still remains. Moreover, I can't find anything online to suggest that other people are having the same issue, which makes me think it's something to do with my system.

I'd be grateful for any assistance you can provide please.

I opened up my browser and all my active tabs which I have had for months are gone. I tried to go to recently closed tabs in history and it doesn't allow me to open. All are not available. Help!!

Firefox was working well on HTTP websites until a few days ago, but now HTTPS-Only Mode seems to be permanent. Despite changing settings to 'Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode', when HTTP sites are selected I get the same message as for 'HTTPS-Only Mode'. Also, if I select 'Enable HTTPS-Only Mode in all windows' and add exceptions, I get the same result.

Hello! For some reason I can't add separate icons for extension quick menus to the address bar area and am only able to add the extensions "master" button which shows a list of extensions without going to the settings page. I've tried to go to customize toolbar to add the extension icons to the bar but none of them show up, and I know for a fact that the extensions have icons, I've added them to the bar on other computers.

When I am using Firefox I am no longer having anything on the taskbar to open my Emails. How do I do this? I cannot open emails in order to put back on taskbar.

For about one month (June, 2023) or more, updated Firefox for Windows 10 cannot play YouTube videos or videos on other website without being in Troubleshoot mode. Google Chrome has no problem with the same videos, and Firefox for Android also plays them. All help suggestions have been followed, including Refreshing Firefox, disabling some and all hardware acceleration, etc. Troubleshoot mode does not identify what was disabled (themes, extensions, etc.), but there are very few of such anyway, and Refresh did not resolve the issue. VPN was also disabled to see if that made any difference, but it did not. When the videos are attempted, the audio and progress bar work, but video is black. Scrolling with the progress bar reveals all images from the video one at a time, but PLAY does not enable the video, just audio.

I am currently unable to view any file activity or ownership information in Google Drive in a shared folder. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Quit and reopen firefox
• Relaunched firefox in safe mode/extensions disabled
• Cleared cookies
• Tried in other browsers (works in Librewolf, Brave and Chromium; doesn't work in any Firefox browser (Nightly, beta, standard)

Hi, I'm not sure if I just cant find the setting or if this is a feature request. I'm using the Firefox Developer edition, and I during web development I often deal with many query Params in the URL. Is there a way to have a long URL be displayed in multiple lines, or even better, one line per query parameter?
