I posted a review in the Google Play Store, and received a Developer response asking me to post the review here, in order for the problem to be addressed.

Here is the review:

I'm really frustrated. I have used, and loved Firefox for many years. I'm a prolific reader, and borrow e books from the library to read on Kindle. Suddenly, this does not work with Firefox anymore, no matter what suggested fix I attempt. I hate the idea of being forced to use Chrome, but that is the only workaround I can find. There are important reasons many of us want to use Firefox over Chrome. Firefox, please fix this!!!

I receive emails from "TenTabs from Firefox". When i click on the unsubscribe button in the email, i get directed to the following page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/newsletter/existing/ When i enter my email and click "Send me a link", i get a new email in my inbox with the subject "Your email preference center link", and a button in the email that says "Email preference center". When i click on the link, it takes me to a page saying "Manage your Email Preferences". I didnt find Ten Tabs to unsubscribe. Even i umsubscribed from the 4 options available on the site but i still recieve emails every couple of days.

I want to easily unsubscribe from TenTabs. I did some research and i think it is related to Pocket.

Hello, due to problems with the Firefox Beta (for Android), I switched to the stable version. However, with this version I also encounterd some problems, mainly regarding the homepage: In the beta version collections are displayed (at the bottom) of the homepage. In my stable version, I cannot see the collections at all. I can still add sites to collections, and when doing so, all my collections are shown but I don't know how to access them. I could not find anything about it in the settings. Is this the regular behavior? If not, how can I change it?

Using tablet, tabs shows up on the top after updating, but i don't like this. And address bar couldn't move to bottom, could any one can help to hide tab bar?

My keyboard is often glitching out while I'm in the Firefox browser. This will happen when I'm trying to search on websites or in the search bar.

I've tried a few different keyboards and I've had this problem with Gboard(the one I want to use) and the built-in Samsung keyboard. It seems to work fine for the Microsoft's keyboard but I prefer not to use that one. I've recently updated both of theses apps but the issue persists. The screenshot is what I see when this happens; the area where the keyboard should be is solid black.

If I use the search bar that normally contains the URL, it works but I try to avoid this because using that bar seems to get stuck often on a blank screen(or take a while to load? Not sure what's happening there).

Is there a fix or workaround?

I Made a mistake gerne in my Smartphone with " Firefox!

I took the wrong Language in a mask . It was an "Arabic language", i Font understand.

So my Problem ist now, to take the language " german " / "deutsch" , in a mask which i can't read !!!???

When I want to buy something and my bank want to check payment I change firefox for bank app but firefox automaticaly reload the page. Same problem if I want to sign in somewhere and need pause or copy something from another app. The firefox always teload page and I have to start again. ONLY one help is divided screen. But it is not solution.

Collections bookmarks on the Firefox for Android homepage. I have Firefox sync. I have many regular bookmarks. Collections bookmarks from Android or obviously not available or synced with my Firefox for desktop. Are they synced or backed up at all anywhere? I cannot find them other than inside Collections. If I uninstall Firefox on my Android, Google Pixel phone and reinstall it will everything in the homepage collections be lost?

Early this morning, the Play Store notified me there was an update for Firefox. I went to my Play Store account and downloaded the new update. After the download, I tried opening Firefox by tapping on the icon. Firefox tried to open but immediately closed. This keeps happening, even now. I did get one message from my phone saying "this version of Firefox is not compatible with your phone". Never had any problems like this before.

Both the phone and tablet are current gen and both up to date. I do not have the computer anymore as it was left behind when my child and myself escaped a domestic abuse household permanently. I was not about to haul a computer on a last minute escape. I changed passwords, etc. Keep getting "something went wrong" when I go to firefox dot com / pair. I need my phone shit synced to my tablet.

I use Firefox as my default browser for my PC, Mac and Android phone. Suddenly, all of my bookmarks and home screen shortcuts have disappeared... I'm guessing after an update. I'm also guessing I'm not the first person with this issue I have tried syncing multiple times as well as uninstall and reinstall... Nothing, they are all gone. They are all still there on my PC versions. Can't find any tab for bookmark backups, Can you help me get these back?

I used to use firefox private tab daily by just open the app, Now whenever i open firefox on android it's just open in normal browsing, now i have to manually switch to private browsing everytime. Which is inconvenient. Also u guys removed share button from search bar that was handy, pls add customizable button menu. Pls fix Firefox by default open in private tab on android

syncing bookmarks between Android Mobile and desktop through shared Mozilla account, but the bookmarks from mobile aren't appearing on the desktop. I can see that both devices are logged in, but cannot see bookmarks being shared.
