Hi! I'm currentley switching over to fire fox and I am trying to sync my bookmarks from my laptop to my mobile phone. When I click "connect another device" in the settings, I get the pop up telling me to find "sync and save data" I hit the three dots at the top right of the mobile app and don't get the option at all. Ever since I updated last week, one website that I use will not work. Whenever I try to log in to the M&T Online Banking website, it blocks me and says "M&T Online Banking Is Temporarily Unavailable." The app works on my phone and I can log in through Chrome, it's only on Firefox that I'm getting this problem. I called M&T Bank and they confirmed that it's a problem with Firefox. Something is blocking me but I don't know what it is. I am not using a VPN or adblocker.

Hi. I use Firefox for Android. In settings, there is an option called "external download manager" (an approximate translation from my language; framed on the screenshot anyway). And I can't resolve the difference whether I turn it on or not. What does this affect? Thanks in advance!

Every time I open Firefox, it prompts me for my Primary Password immediately. Skipping the dialog the first time opens a second, identical dialog. It's not being caused by any add-on/extension, because the problem occurs in exactly the same way in Troubleshoot Mode. It's not Sync, because I'm not signed into any Mozilla account. An internet search showed me a page here indicating I should disable Primary Password, then re-enable it. This didn't fix the problem.

I'm using Firefox v136.0 on a Windows 11 host.

Each time I open Firefox the software prompts me two times (via a dialog) to enter the primary password. (I previously enabled and defined a primary password.) I'm also prompted twice to enter the primary password when I open the Firefox's SETTINGS page. This happens in "regular" and SAFE mode. I do not have any extensions installed nor themes installed/enabled. The only plugins that are installed are "OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc." and "Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc."

When I delete the primary password, the browser does not prompt me to enter the primary password on startup or when opening the SETTINGS page.

FWIW, I've tried the following sequence, but the problem persists:

1. Uninstall Firefox
2. Delete as many temporary files as I can in $HOME\AppData\Local\Tmp\
3. Delete $HOME\AppData\Local\Mozilla\
4. Delete $HOME\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\
5. Reboot
6. Reinstall Firefox
7. Open Firefox and add a primary password
8. Close and reopen Firefox

When I reopen Firefox, it prompts me twice to enter my primary password. When I open Firefox's SETTINGS, I am prompted twice to enter the primary password.

Any suggestions as to how I can convince Firefox to not prompt me twice for the primary password when opening the browser would be appreciated.

How to add translation icon to the toolbar? The toolbar does not show the translation icon and Manage Toolbar does not show an icon for it. I am running Firefox 136.0 on Windows 10 Pro.

I have spent 2 days this time and still can't install all my Email Accounts in Thunderbird and had trouble with Thunderbird and Firefox jerking and pausing over the last 2 to 4 months so I tried to reinstall them but how ever re-setup Thunderbird and Firefox couldn't make it easy to install them. I'm in my 70's and have used Thunderbird and Firefox for many years. I have never had such a hard time with these apps in the past. With all the useless items I have had to go thru I am afraid That a hacker may have found my Accounts & Passwords. I sincerely hate what has happened to a couple of good old apps. How can I fix the Installation problems without all the messy parts that have been created? Also: I Keep getting a message that my Account is disconnected - Why and How can I fix it? Had this for about 4 months. When I asked in the passed I didn't get any response. HELP!

I recently noticed that firefox doesn't save my logins on android. I first thought maybe it was due to a settings to delete all save data on closing (with some exceptions made) that I made on Firefox for my PC that has the same account as on my android. So I first cleared all app data but it didn't change a thing. I uninstalled and reinstalled from the Google play store but same issue. Really hope that this is fixed. Firefox is my go-to browser on my PC so having this issue on my android is quite disappointing.

Dear Sir/Madam I am unable to reach Jiohotstar website since last three days. The same site is accessible through Microsoft Edge and Chrome browsers. I also tried through Firefox browser on a different machine but could not succeed. I have cleared all the cookies and cache as well but it was of no use. Firefox is running with the latest version. I watch a youtube vid in FF, while say it's halfway through I close FF. The audio of the vid continues, sofar the only eay to stop it is to restart my phone.

This is new, started happening a few days ago. FF 136

I'm facing this problem of sound disappearance. I was casually browsing on YouTube when suddenly my sound went off. I thought maybe it was the internet but no everything was okay I also checked my speaker it was ok. Then I found out Firefox was unable to generate any sound. I tried to re-install but didn't work. Can you give me a solution?

My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.

I have tried using Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode but the same things happen.

Browser isn’t working; says being managed by “my organization.” I’m self employed

I’m on my phone and have been using it to do search.

Is it performance or security?

I factory reset my pc and i logged back in to my firefox account and all my saved log ins and book marks are gone did i loose them for ever or is there a way to get them back?
