I get this message "Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page." when trying to get to a page I need. Clicking the Allow button does nothing. How can I access this page?

Was working fine this morning - now it flashes up a message about being embarrassed and disappears. Tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling - then it works fine until I switch to another app or the Home Screen - when I come back it crashes. Nothing unusual or new installed on fairly new iPad Air

I’ve been using Firefox on both my iPhone and iPad, but suddenly, whenever I open it on the iPad it immediately closes. It has no problem on the iPhone.

I’ve uninstalled it an reinstalled it, and after I’ve logged back in, it crashes immediately.

Has anyone had problems with the new version 86 and Total cookies ? I have tried changing my custom cookies to strict and standard but still can’t log in to websites ???

I have a vision disability, and cannot read the print size in Firefox. The print in my iPad iOS Outlook Inbox is illegible. I found out how to increase the font size in my outgoing mail, but it does not change anything else. Changing the print setting in my iOS Settings menu does not change anything in Firefox. Surely Mozilla has dealt with the issue of visual impairment in Firefox? Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Since installing v31.0 I have been getting extra tabs opening with most searches performed from the top bar and from clicking links in loaded pages.

When an extra tab opens from a new search, the results load in the new tab and the tab where I entered the search sits with the progress bar at about 25% and never loads.

When an extra tab opens after clicking a link, the page loads in the second tab and the first tab does not open contents of the link.

I have uninstalled three time, restarting in between, an beyond that I don’t know what else to try to stop this behaviour. Below is a shot, I entered the search in the tab which shows the progress bar as loading, nothing ever completes. The third tab shown has the search results and opens as soon as I hit enter on the empty tab.

I have searched long and hard to find a way in which I can arrange my Pinned Top Sites (icons) in a usable order, such as Alpha order. I have found no info on this. Is there a way to arrange them? I am using FF on my IPad. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hi, I am using V31 on iOS 14.4 on an ipad pro. Whenever I log in to my account to get my bookmarks firefox crashes. It quickly flashes a this is embrassing window but too quick to be able to tap either of the buttons offered. I have to delete the app and re-install. Firefox then appears to work ok, but of course I cann’t access my bookmarks without a crash. I have tried going to the sites I attempted to use from my account by typing them in and they seem to work ok.

Attempting to sync Firefox accounts between my computer and iPhone. Downloaded Firefox app and followed on screen instructions to use my computer screen QR code to sync accounts but all I could get was an error message - something about "bad request". Eventually resorted to e-mail verification but even that wasn't easy to do. Thanks

Firefox on my iPad 8th gen, ios 14.4, keeps crashing. I downloaded the FF app and installed it. I could only open FF just once. On the second or subsequent times I try to open FF, FF crashes, flashes once then returns to home screen. How can I fix this problem?

I have been experiencing on and off problems with the outgoing e-mail. It says it failed to log in my account. With all of my accounts.

Nothing changed as far of the settings go, I triple checked them even with my provider. The problem seems to be in Thunderbird. If I use another e-mail program I don't have any problems. Also tried after disabling all of the add-ons but same problem.

Is this a bug?

Love to hear how we can fix this.
