Running on Windows 11. There are many supposed "solutions" on the Web, but none of them work. I have tried with: about:config, css files, etc. None of them work.

I like Firefox greatly, but this is so frustrating.

The developers have created a solution to a problem that didn't exist. The result is to make Firefox user clumsy.

It would have been nice if they - at the very least - had provided a way to change the 'Profiles' icon position on the menu.

Again, Firefox 153.0.1 (64-bit) on up-to-date Windows 11. Amd Ryzen 5, 6 core processor, 32 GB Ram, 500 GB SSD C drive = 197 GB free.

The refresh button in my firefox desktop browser suddenly disappeared. One day the usage was normal, but on the next launch of the browser, there was no refresh button. I currently use the "F5" button to refresh but it would be better to use the button again.

I have firefox on another PC with wallpaper I wish to install on my current firefox. I have identified its name = "Abstract". I want to use Firefox password manager. The Mozilla page says to go to the menu bar three horizontal lines. However, the menu bars do not appear when I am in Firefox. What can I do to reach it. I am on an iPad

My address bar disappeared. I can get it back by hitting F10 but it doesn't stay. How can I get it back and keep it? When I go to the Customize Toolbar setting, the address bar is not there.

I've been using "unload tab" feature in the right click menu a lot, because my device is slow and I like to keep tabs open. (Thank you so much for adding it!) I love that it makes tabs that I unload manually have grey icons, this is super helpful for keeping track of which tabs are processing and which aren't Can you change it or make a setting so that tabs that are not loaded yet (tabs opened by by the "restore tabs when reopening browser" setting for example) are also grey? It would help me keep track of which tabs are loaded and when. In other words, right now it's possible for a tab to have a color icon when it's not loaded, and I want to make that impossible, so I can keep track better.

I tried to do the fix using userChrome.css but it just didn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Also the fullscreen animation fix using the about:config settings doesn't work either.

Hello. I accidentally removed the VPN button from the toolbar and would like to restore it. However, when editing the toolbar, there is no option to add this button back. Please help.

Recently a "gear" icon has appeared on the bottom left of my screen while using Mozilla. It relates to moving the tabs. I don't want to do anything with my tabs. How can I get rid of the icon? The icon reduces the horizontal screen space available. I have a small laptop so this small amount of space is important.

I want my bookmarks toolbar to be across the top of the page but I can only find it from the 3 bars at the top right of the screen. When I click on it, I am given the option to hide the toolbar, but it's already hidden. I have also navigated from the View menu as well, and the toolbar is set on Always Show. I have run out of things to try. I am on a laptop with Microsoft Windows. Can someone offer assistance?

When using Firefox mobile for android, a black bar appears at the bottom of the screen, above the address bar. Please see attached picture.

It only seems to occur when the "scroll to hide toolbar" setting is disabled. The bar moves upwards when using the keyboard.

I am running Firefox on Windows 11 and I'm encountering a strange issue regarding the UI updates.

The Issue: My Firefox browser updates automatically to the latest version. However, my Default Profile is visually stuck on the old UI design. It does not reflect the recent interface changes associated with the update.

The Troubleshooting Context:

• I have verified that the browser itself is technically updated (via Help > About Firefox).
• The strange part: I have other Firefox profiles on this same machine. When I launch those profiles, they correctly display the new, updated UI.
• This issue is isolated strictly to my main/default profile.

Has anyone experienced this mismatch where the version number is correct, but the UI fails to refresh on a specific profile? Is there a specific fix for this?

I'm using a Windows 11 laptop with a 14" laptop with a 1920 x 1200 resolution. I'm looking for suggestions and tips about the best layout to maximise the display of content in Firefox with the minimum amount of scrolling.
