Since version 148.0b2 (64-bit), it's once again not possible to enter search terms in the search box of a new tab; instead, the browser searches in the address bar. I've had all the settings I found in the forums configured correctly for over five years, and they haven't changed. - browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar = False. Despite this, the search still occurs in the address bar. Now I'm back to the awful search in the address bar. How can I fix this? Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Jetzt geht es aber wieder mit der Schrecklichen suchen in der Adresszeile los. Wie kann ich dies ändern? Bitte diesen Fehler (Bug) schnellst möglich beheben.

When adding a bookmark on Android, I used to be able to sort bookmark order within folders by custom sort, A-Z, and age. Recently (as of 148.0 (Build #2016144279)), the folder menu when adding a bookmark is now different, but the sort options no longer work.

I'm making a post here before making one on Mozilla Connect, in the hopes this bug can be passed on to a developer.

fix the issue. Data and history including recently closed tabs, not working on Quit selection. I have to manually select history and then select 'everything' to clear. if i Quit firfox and come back in to it, recently closed tabs with thier history is still present. i have no idea if cache etc is cleared as no way to tell. So i can only manually do it as described above. its a pain not knowing if cache etc is also cleared for banking etc. i would like to revert back to last stable firefox but i cant as only this one is on google play. i suggest you fix it so we can delete firefox and reinstall older version until you have this fixed. it defeats the purpose of Firefox to do otherwise. For the last 2-3 day I have been experiencing a box that asks for my signature each time I go to a new website. I can't move the box. I can't screenshot it. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

Having seen 2 versions of Firefox on my computer,i tried to delete one version and unfortunately both have gone. is it possible to recover the old version with bookmarks and passwords?

It is with deep regret to inform you of my discontinuation of the use of Firefox.

My issues began at the beginning of February this year and have continued and compounded to the point that I cannot continue its use. The issues are constantly logging me out of my account, disabling ALL my bookmarks and the loss of well over a hundred passwords. I have followed every help article and community forums help links and to no avail I'm still dealing with all the same issues. I've have to restore my links every time I'm logged out of Mozilla. Their are no passwords to restore except for the Mozilla account I just had to log back into.

Again, I do regret discontinuing its use. I have used this browser for well over a decade and I am not one for changing anything at this point in my life. I'm 67 and having to switch is indescribably painful. I actually think your integration of AI functions are the problem. Everything was just fine before that was introduced.

i can't use the microphone in the AI chatbox. i have been to several sett tings in different places and none have the option to allow it'. I clicked on every gear icon and setting link (and AI chat link) i could find in the firefox browser

Hello, I am using Linux Mint on a desktop with the latest version of Firefox. Two weeks ago I could login to the Discover website with no problems. Suddenly I can not log in, but get an error message that something is wrong and I can't login. I can login using Chrome on this machine. My wife gets the same message when she tried to login to her account on my computer. After several discussions with Discover, all I get is "it is not our problem."

I am having no problems logging into other accounts with Firefox on this computer.

I have not explicitly changed anything on the browser or computer. I have done some updates which included Firefox. I can login on a different Linux computer using an older version of Firefox. Of course the updates were also to the computer and I will ask the same question to the Linux forum.

I really like Firefox and would hate to have to change to Chrome.
