I am getting a frequent freeze in the Android app and then shortly after a crash. Info: - happens on FF, FF Beta, and FF Nightly,and reinstall/phone reset didn't fix. - Samsung Galaxy SM-G965U running Android 10. - every error starts with java.lang.OutofMemoryError. - it never happens just on startup, just on auto fill, or some of the similar crash reports I've seen around here. - it does appear to be site-specific, but sometimes the site works and sometimes it does not: if I close the last tab after a crash, it will usually work for awhile. - Sync and disabling Add-ons doesnt fix it, although perhaps its worse with uBlock Origin enabled (not conclusively)

Hi, I'm running ... Firefox 120.0? On a US Samsung Galaxy S22 running Android 14 and One UI 6.0.

Korean characters used to display in a uniform font but after a recent phone update, I now get different fonts (with greatly decreased readability). I can't find any font options in the Firefox app and the only thing language-related is what language Firefox menus are in. I also can't find any relevant font options in the phone settings either - can someone help?

Hello, since last update, I having problem with my saves (add to home screen) because my saves disappeared, twice!!! Please could you please fix it. Thanks Petr Konecny

bold textI am sorry, but I can't figure out how to save a bookmark to a specific folder or to move a bookmark to a specific folder. Drag and drop doesn't work. There is no menu with a move option. Add bookmark only places in the default folder, not giving me an option to choose a specific folder. I am using a Samsung S2 tablet, Android OS.

I had a few sites send me notifications for interesting articles with Chrome. Just like any app I would get a notification on my phone for the app event, in this case an article on that site, so if I clicked it it'd take me to Chrome and directly to that site and the article. After switching to Firefox I went to those sites and signed up for notifications. But when I get the notification and click it all it does is open Firefox. It never takes me to any of the corresponding sites or the articles. It's very frustrating.

When I click on any link from the Firefox homepage, the link opens in a new tab. For example, if I:

• Tap the address bar from an existing tab to get the homepage
• Tap the Wikipedia link from the "top sites" section of the homepage

Then the Wikipedia page will open in an additional tab. I want it to open in the same tab, because my Firefox session gets cluttered with many tabs that were all opened this same way.

Is it possible to avoid opening new tabs when following links from the homepage (after reaching the homepage from tapping the address bar as described)?

Which web rendering engine does Firefox currently use?

And big question is it that Firefox's engine is more secure than Chromium Blink or not? Also does it make much difference. In terms of website compatibility, I have heard that some websites only support Chromium Blink being most popular.

Please someone explain me exact difference between these web engines and what should I care?

This would be really useful since table downloading isn't as clean as image/audio/other files downloading. This would help everyone working with data(pretty much everyone).

Hey guys, why does the firefox android could not click a very simple small button? For example an "x" button (cancel) and etc. As long as it's small the firefox would not interact with it properly, instead when i click it firefox thought that i long pressed that small button and its kinda annoying because what i need to do is to zoom in for that button just so the firefox could properly click that and not long pressed. Problem is almost all the websites i visit has a button like that and so does it mean i will literally need to zoom a simple "x" button or any kind of small details on a webpage just for firefox could properly identify them? I really need this, I am tired of using the 'menu > open in firefox' for each URL I click (be it on a grouo chat app or tabs I send to myself from the desktop using Sync). Without this I am unable to go along with my workflow (keeping tabs in background and coming back to them to quickly review and discard what's of no use to me). Also, this way to work is quite relevant now that we are able to remove automatically the old tabs...

Is there any way to enable this lost gem? Plus, I am unable to access 'about:config'. I thought somewhere in there was my answer...

Currently, there is no option to clear the cache or cookies of a single website/domain, like other browsers allow. It would be great to see this option soon. Thanks!

I find no option to add addresses when I click Firefox menu bars on top right of my screen. Setting provides no options, there is no preferences header, so I can't proceed.

A web page shortcut I added to my home screen now requires me to tap the tabs icon to get to it. This is inconvenient and stupid. Some page shortcuts go directly. What is the problem with this new Firefox update?
