I can't use firefox to open google, sign in google before it's good, but after I upgrade, when I try to log in my google account using firefox, I can't type in any words, it's crashed. but outlook is ok. Please help. Thank you.

For the past 2 weeks Firefox has been repeatedly crashing soon after going on to certain sites or trying to apply my 2FA authenticator add-on.

Suddenly there's a screen shudder and a new window opens, inviting me to submit a crash report. See attached image.

I do not believe that this is down to Ubuntu 24.04 upgrade done at end of August.

But it's enough for me to largely go over to Chromium and Firefox Dev Ed.

If Mozilla don't act on this crashing I can see its market being lost fairly fast.

How do I disable third-party cookies in Firefox? I'm looking to enhance my privacy and prevent tracking by third-party websites. The most recent update to Firefox, on each of our four Windows 10 systems, has a new glitch when printing PDF files. The particular files we're trying to print are in LEGAL SIZE format, and Firefox is compressing the text into a size that only uses half the page. This is true whether or not we select LEGAL SIZE in the printing interface, and regardless of the "Scale" setting. We had to switch over to printing these files with Adobe Acrobat, which worked fine.

Until three days ago I could access Counter Social via Firebox. Suddenly it's just not working. What is to be done about this? I can access CS on Edge without problems. I don't want to use Edge.

When I click on a Google Books search result, I used to read it in Firefox. Now it is impossible, since a recent update. But I can do it in other browsers. The suggested May 2023 solution doesn't work for me.

This is the error page I get: "To protect your security, books.google.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."

Opening in a new window doesn't solve the problem.

I've just changed hosting company, up dated the settings and it all works, but I guess it has synced with the new server, and deleted all the old emails which obviously are not on the new server. Fortunately I started with an email that doesn't matter (and I did do a backup beforehand), but I have a lot more to do, some I can't lose the old messages.

I don't want to set up a new mail for every one

Hy, after the last update the emails I marked them with tags are no more in colors (title, sender etc...). I have no addons in my Thunderbird. I have tried suggested solutions I have read (restard in safe mode, clear cache, disable addons etc...).

I receive a daily email from the Toronto Star with brief summaries of current news stories. The summaries include a link that opens the complete article in Firefox (or other browsers).

When I open the full article in Firefox, the article stops at an advertisement (which does not display). The ad includes the wording "Story continues below", but it does not; instead it goes to the end of the article.

When I open the same article in Chrome, the article opens properly.

I am attaching screen shots of the two browsers. I tried manually collecting the Data as well, but it extends to 80 p. I can save it in Word, then convert to a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, but I cannot convert the file to a .JPEG and attach it. I am happy to send a copy of the Word file; just ask

Browsing works well on my Ubuntu/Linux 22.04.5 laptop except one site. Images are not loading. I can see it has js-errors which might be related. And that may be because some js files are being blocked. The site does work on my iphone though. And using Browserstack I can see it works with other OS.

So, today i opened up my firefox and loaded up youtube; it didn't load. I tried to check my wifi speed on speedtest by ookla...the website didnt work. Then i went to reddit to see if this was a bug affecting everyone anddd that also did not work. So, basically half of the websites that i use do not work right now and i can't figure out why. Everything was fine till yestderday and i havent changed any settings. Also, Wifi speed is not the problem here as i opened up ms edge and everything works.

I'm trying to remove over 500 passwords saved in FF, I removed it on PC and it disappeared from all connected Win clients. But I can't remove it from Android - they are still in FF & Lockwise. Tell me then, why sync works between Win clients but Android client ignores deletion of passwords?

I've been a Thunderbird user for years. I have no idea what they changed recently, but it's incredibly, incredibly SLOW, almost to the point of unusability. Even something as simple as deleting emails.

I usually do these in chunks -- select multiples and delete. We're not talking about hundreds of emails at at time here, just maybe 5-15. Select them all, hit delete, and it should take just a couple of seconds to delete the messages. It did, in the past. But lately, it's taking so long that I could leave and make a sandwich, and when I come back, maybe it will be done. Maybe it will still be working, though, or maybe it will have locked up because it was taking so long.

It's pretty difficult to get work done at this rate.

All inbox emails, except for the most recent ones, now appear to be empty. Can these be safely recovered?

Any advice on how to repair/recover these files would be very welcome!
