‘I've had Thunderbird before on my Mac Mini. I'm trying to reinstall it but keep getting an error message: Thunderbird 147.0.1 drr corrupt image. I ran disk utility but no help. any suggestions please?

I need tutorial guidance to restore my home site. All has been eliminated except tabs. The more I try on my own to restore, the more that gets deleted. I need a phone number to talk to a customer care tech to guide me.

Hi! I want to download the "Photoshow" add on. I can't because it says "Download the new Firefox and get the extension". When I check for updates it for Firefox it says I'm all updated. When I click the "download new firefox" I get the message "Your download was interrupted. But all is not lost." I really want this add-on. Is there another way to get it or to solve my problem? Thanks!

When I click "show all history", it appears in a script I do not know, but the name and URL below that list appears in English. I have gone though all of the settings options and everything is set to appear in English (US or UK), without a hint of any other language. I've quit and restarted Firefox, and restarted my Macbook Pro laptop running OS 14.8.3. Nothing changes. Thanks for any suggestions!

I need to import my passwords from Bitwarden. I can export them from Bitwarden as a CSV file, but that doesn't show as an option in the Import Data window in Firefox. I use MacOS 10.14.6. Thank you, Tim

Bank Accounts: I can no longer access my Bank accnts online. My Bank says they no longer support my current version (ESR) & I must upgrade in order to access accnts online. Don't know what to do.

I sent message below to Bluesky support and have tried all their suggestions (all relating to Firefox), but to no avail.

MacBook Pro OS 10.14.6. Yesterday (9Dec2025) I could open Bluesky & see my profile but could not add a new post. I then did an ‘age verification’ and received confirming emails. When pressing ‘New Post’ button just went to blank page. Under ‘notifications’ at the top, was a message “''''! r.countGraphemes is not a function''''”. I am accessing using ‘Firefox 115.31.0esr (64-bit)’. I have deleted caches, re-started ‘Firefox’ and re-signed into Bluesky, but problem persists.

I am receiving messages from my banks that my browser is no longer supported or that I should update my browser but my settings mean Firefox automatically updates. However, I cannot read PDF statements even though I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and, on further investigation, I see that Firefox no longer supports Adobe Reader. I am a fierce supporter of Firefox but does this mean I have to use another browser?

Hi Mozzies When I try to play news videos from my local radio station I get this error. The videos originate from our local TV channel which uses Brightcove hosting. Safari and Google Chrome can play the videos. If I go to the source on the TV channel, I can play the video. Hardware MacBook Pro OSX 10.14.6. FireFox version 115.30.0esr (64-bit)

paypal is blocked on firefox .... why???? it was fine just a few days ago... but yesterday its blocked for security reasons??

Is there a way to change the size of the sections in Firefox? For instance, I don't need so much space for the listings of Inbox, Sent etc. or the Tabs but would like to have more space for the web pages themselves. I ask because I've got a sight impediment and have to increase the text size. This means that the web "window" (Sorry, don't know the correct terminology) is so big that I have to scroll down to see it.
