I got a bill for Mozilla on my PayPal. PayPal says it’s an auto billing. I didn’t sign up for anything like that from Mozilla. If I want a Mozilla service, I’d like to be asked to sign up again or to continue. I don’t wanna be on any kind of auto billing of any sort. I never intended to do that!! Please explain..

I am not the one using Firefox for iOS; my sister is. I am not looking for an actual fix at this point, I just want to know if anyone else is having the problem.

My sister was having no problem logging into Chase with her 8th gen iPad until about a week ago (my apologies, I don't know the exact day). She tried to log in, and the Web site took her to the system requirements page.

The weird thing is, her system was fine according to their list. But she updated to the latest iOS (18-something) and then the latest Firefox for iOS 129.0.1 (she doesn't like .0 versions and always waits for .0.1).

She got the same error.

Chase insists that the problem is hers. Personally, I don't trust a corporation that big farther than I can throw their combined offices on the planet. Is anyone else getting this problem?

Again, I am not looking for a fix at the moment, just looking to find out if the problem really is in her set.

I’ll use the example of movie times. In the IMDB app you can pick movie times, that link sends you to my web browser (Firefox) which opens to the homepage, but that’s it. It doesn’t do anything else, it doesn’t even attempt to open a page. It’s been happening for a while. What am I doing wrong g?

Ok, so first everyone needs to know I love Firefox, I have never donated a cent to Firefox. I think I have burned by FIREFOX MOZILLA HOW? I am not sure, because I am not an expert as all of you, but: I uninstalled Firefox because my iPad kept freezing and does not move on my iPad and all my four phones. While reinstalling Firefox, I see that one of their products called Monitor said my accounts have been compromised about 700+ instances. Then I proceed to find out how my accounts and private data was compromised? Well when I saw the list, you can imagine how long IT IS??? well, I was given a choice do it by paying $8+ a month/yearly and or manual; so what is the question how my addresses got compromised if I only use Firefox, Isn’t Firefox the self appointed SUPER GREAT BROWSER AND ADVOCATE FOR SECURITY AND INTERNET USER RIGHTS AND SO ON? Well again I am not an expert, but what I’m am so FXXXXXG burning stupidity it is that when I attempted to use the service, the FUNDAMENTAL QUESTIONS OF SECURITY your FUL NAME, YOUR DATE OF BIRTH, YOUR CITY AND STATE. Well, I am sorry today I lost flight on this browser, back to Safari, I guess. LIKE AN STUPID IDIOT I GAVE MY FULL NAME, MY DATE OF BIRTH, MY CITY, MY STATE TO FIREFOX/MOZILLA. NOW FIREFOX MOZILLA HAS ME BY MY BAXXS AND I FELT FOR IT. DO YOU WHY I HAVE NEVER GIVE A CENT TO FIREFOX, WITH ALL THE RESPECT ALL OF YOU DESERVE HIGH TECH, YES INCLUDING FIREFOX MOZILLA IS LIKE A POLITICIAN THAT BEGS FOR MONY AND SCREW YOU LATER. Did you guys really get rid of night mode on iOS app?? And the tap and hold a link to see a small preview page? Those are the two biggest reasons I use Firefox iOS over other browsers- why did these two features go away??

Can someone explain or help me achieve this as it’s pretty annoying having to dig my card out or switch to safari.

HI, I have a Mac with El Capitan OS and Firefox 78.15.0esr. Recently I can´t open some websites: ChatGPT, Likendin, TunnelBear, Wester Union, etc. Before everything was working perfect. Please HELP! Thanks friends :) When I try to open this website, nothing happens, nor an error, sometimes in certain website it keeps retrieving and thats it.

Hi, I have moved to a new iPhone. I have got the Firefox app transferred over and have tried to synchronise having clicked the synchronise button. However, despite doing this several times only a handful of sign ins have come across. I have enabled facial recognition. I have on some occasions had a Firefox message screen come up: ‘To use the autofill feature for Firefox you must have a device passcode enabled’. I have tried googling this and am no better informed.

For the last two months I am unable to use a Classmates.com webpage that I have been using for 15 years. It suddenly keeps giving me the following error message Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.classcreator.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

I have contacted the company and they keep telling me it's my connection or browser and they can't help me. I know there is probably one setting that somehow is wrong but I can't get anyone to figure it out for me. I have tried everything possible. Can this be a browser setting that will not let me edit anything on this webpage? I can edit on other pages that are basically the same type of program ( reunions for schools) PLEASE HELP. YES, MY SECURITY CERTIFICATE IS PAID UP AND ACTIVE.

I either have some malware or a bug on my iPhone that only affects my Mozilla account. I will open a tab then try to go back to that tab later and it looks like the pic below with just an “L” in the upper left corner of the tab and when I open it there is nothing there. I’ve cleared my browser hx and even restarted my iPhone several times to try and fix the problem but it’s still there. Any help with how to get rid of this?

Since a little while whenever I open a new tab and hit something in the search bar, Google will always ask me to accept cookies and login. I have tried a bunch of things - reinstalling - restarting - adjusting security settings

None of which worked.

‘Pay with PayPal’ functionality on websites is broken for me and has been across updates of both Firefox and iPadOS for as long as I can remember at this point. I’m using an iPadPro running iOS 16.7.2 with Firefox for iOS version 120.4 (36613). When I’m checking out at e-commerce sites (e.g., J Crew), and I click on the PayPal button when selecting a form of payment, a new tab opens, but it’s literally blank — nothing even tries to connect or load. This happens across e-commerce sites. It doesn’t happen with Firefox on my PC/Windows laptop or on my iPad with other browsers (Chrome, Safari). I have tried everything that I can uninstall/reinstall, deactivate, or toggle, and nothing seems to fix this. I have cross-site tracking disabled in iOS. Some people have suggested that websites are not fully supporting Firefox any longer or that there is a problem with Firefox and Apple’s proprietary rendering engine. I’m really at the end of my wits about this. After having used Firefox faithfully since Netscape disappeared, I’m honestly on the verge of giving up. Please help.

Hi I used to often use the Firefox Translations (by Mozilla Firefox) add-on to translate web pages in the browser. It was the one in the screen shot below. It was brilliant and a couple of days ago it disappeared off my screen. When I opened a French webpage there was no button at the top to translate and all I get now is the option to copy and paste 1000 characters into a box! I cannot find the original one - unless this has replaced it? In which case, not happy! The other was much better. Can anyone help me get the original again or recommend something similar? Thanks
