After moving my thunderbird 104 profile to 115 supernova (including the profiles.ini file), I can see the full list of accounts and folders in supernova, but none of the emails are visible. I can receive and send new messages, but again - none of them are visible when I want to see them later in the inbox or sent folders. Moreover, the right-click mouse button does not work on the whole list of accounts/folders on the left side of the agent. What to do. I have 16Gb of emails and cannot use them.

Today I got a notification that wanted me to reset my profile for security reasons. I didn't know this change would require me to reset my password and that I would lose everything on my account. Is there a way to retrieve my account settings, such as bookmarks? Thanks.

All of a sudden, my Firefox was completely empty. All my passwords were gone, but managed to get them back from another browser. I thought all my addons were gone as well, but it turned out they were all disabled for some reason.

My Windows version that effed things up (I don't know, but it's the only thing that changed) is 20H2 19042.1348.

Hello Firefox am an existing user as part of my system crash i lost all the installed software including Firefox after repairing my system logging on the same email [edited email from public] @gmail.com i didn't get the saved passwords please do something it's really important

This is not a request for help but a comment on the new version of Firefox. Today a new version of FF was installed on my computer and it wiped out ALL my passwords for EVERY account I own - personal and business. I am extremely pissed off because I have to reset all my passwords (which will take days)! For now on when you offer a new version of FF, warn the individual to back up their passwords and user names.

The question is am I going to keep using FF or just start fresh with another browser to avoid this headache in the future.

Sometimes when I delete a group of emails from my inbox it deleted the entire inbox. It has happened twice now. When it did it yesterday I had 8 emails selected for deletion. When I hit delete it deleted all 2200 emails in the box. When it was deleting them I confirmed that only 8 were selected by looking at the number of selected in the lower right corner of the screen. Worse, when I click undo the delete it does not restore the 2200 deleted but only the 8 that I had selected for deletion. This is a serious bug and has resulted in loss of all my emails over the few years.
