I get messages, questions and info from Firefox in Dutch. My language preferences in setting is English UK across the board. Browser, preferred, fall back and web site language. It works most of the time, apart from with Firefox. What can I do to make Firefox talk English to me?

I am a loyal firefox user and have used it for years. Security and features are great. I use Google docs constantly throughout the workday on my Mac and I am constantly having problems with Firefox. Google docs that I work in are constantly re-loading, incompletely downloading, going offline. I typically have 5-10 docs across the platform open at a time, and the problems are preventing me from working effectively. I have tried searching help forums and done the fixes suggested (repeatedly clearing cookies and cache, turning off protections, etc). Nothing works. Any ideas before I switch the Chrome (yuck)?

starting about a month ago, my Firefox browser has become very slow. Sometimes now when I click a link (this happens about every 4-5 links) the spinning wheel of death appears and the browser doesn't respond. I have to force-quit

Lately, whenever I click into a youtube video from within youtube, instead of Firefox blocking autoplay, it mutes the video but lets it play.

Initially, it was muting EVERY video I pulled up, but messing with my settings has fixed the problem if I click into a youtube video from elsewhere (ex. a google search result), or if I refresh the page. It's super annoying to having navigating youtube be this non-functional right now, though, since everything just silently plays until I catch and unmute it! Any help would be super appreciated!

Setting up a new Macbook air m5 and trying to sync my profile/bookmarks/etc. on FireFox but the confirmation code is not arriving at my gmail. Checked spam and added "accounts@firefox.com" to my contacts but still not arriving. Help?

I cannot see imported bookmarks from previous browser after reformatting. I exported old bookmarks to a html file. It shows 'bookmarks imported successfully' but there is nothing in the bookmarks toolbar.

For the past few weeks, I have been having problems playing certain Facebook videos. It seems to only happen when I try to play a video that was recorded live. I have tried clearing the cache, I've tried a private window, and I've tried safe mode. I still can't get the video to play. However, when I copy and paste the url to Safari, it works fine. I have been able to play "live" videos while they are actually "live"; it's just that they will not load when I try to play them later. I don't have any problems playing videos which have been uploaded to Facebook; only those which were recorded live. The videos just show a circle in the middle as if they are trying to load but nothing else happens. The length of the video does not matter; it happens with short videos as well as long ones. The screenshot image (of a random "live" video I found) I am uploading shows a partial black circle in the center, which is a spinning circle in realtime. I have circled it in red.

You used to be able to view all of your synced tabs from other devices by going into the toolbar menu > your profile > the device name but I went in today to pull a tab from my phone onto my laptop and it only shows about 5 tabs total. You have to click "see all # tabs" which then opens in the sidebar of the browser. I hate the sidebar, it just does not work well with my brain/visualization needs, and have been doing everything i can to avoid it. Is there a way for me to revert the display settings of synced tabs specifically? As I use them frequently enough that I am going to have to look into changing browsers if I continue to have to utilize the sidebar

Bonjour, firefox fonctionne mal avec certains sites et notamment sur le site caradisiac.com très souvent la barre des menus de ce site ne fonctionne pas alors que si j'utilise safari ça fonctionne normalement. je précise que j'utilise un Mac mini M1 à jour et firefox à jour avec l'extension ublock origine même en désactivant ublock cela ne fonctionne pas que se passe-t-il ? Starting 2 or 3 days ago, Firefox began displaying PDFs incorrectly. The problem is that a single letter is omitted here and there. In the attached screenshots, the first one shows the word. "Department" with amissing letter "t" in the middle. After refreshing the screen, the PDF displays correctly, as shown in the second screenshot.

This is occurring on a Mac; it does not seem to occur on a Windows desktop machine.

I am running Firefox Desktop 155.1 on MacOS Monterey 12.7.6.

For the past month, out of the blue, I have been unable to play Spotify via my web browser. After troubleshooting with Spotify chat, it seems the issue is actually Firefox, because if I choose to play it via the app installed on my computer, it will play, but not via the web browser.

It was display "Spotify can't play this right now".. then it will skip through three songs, play ads & then will play the first 10 seconds of audio of the next song & then it will cut out.

Anyone else experiencing issues with Spotify via the Firebox web browser?
