I have had a Yahoo Account since early 2000's until my home network was compromised and they locked me out of all my accounts back in 2021. I waited until the end of 2022 or begining 2023 and contacted firefox support via 3rd party who was able to unlock my account once i signed up for a subscription. well that phone was lost and along with access to [" IMINU2NOW@YAHOO.COM & ph# (541)870-0948 ; (541)731-1521 associated with the account "] and would like assistance getting back in.

Could not get email via the usual Firefox. Always have used Firefox to get it. What happened ???

Then something called Moxilla came along. What's that? Why do I have to use Moxilla? I want Firefox. How is it related to Moxilla? Why did something change without my permission?

Roboform doesn't show up in the toolbar and it doesn't pop up to suggest passwords. Video download helper doesn't show up in toolbar. This all started after the latest update. Thanks Bob

More recently, for the past few months maybe, I sometimes get a white menubar when Firefox is in the forefront. Clicking on it will restore the menubar.

I am using the latest Mac OS, 15.4.1, and it happened with the previous version too.

The iDrive backup app on my synology nas is accessed via a web browser over my local network using an ip address. It has a two step security setup. First to enter Synology credentials and then iDrive's. After entering the iDrive credentials, all I get is a spinning wheel. It is supposed to present a box to enter a validation code, sent to me by email (which I get). The box is never shown.

The process works in Chrome and Edge successfully. I contacted iDrive support and they told me that since it fails only in Firefox, that I should contact the browser vendor.

There is no error message.

I tried clearing my browser cache, restarting Firefox and my computer, none of which helped.

Please can you advise me?

I have Firefox notifications for X.com to still show on the desktop when the browser window is closed. It had been fine up until a couple of days ago and now it only shows notifications when the browser is open. I have push notifications enabled on X.com through Firefox, Firefox settings and Windows notification settings. All software is up to date. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I can no longer switch search engines via the pull down list available to the right of the search bar. I used to be able to switch from a list I set up in settings. I now have to go into settings to change my search engine. This is annoying. Also, recently, when I make my first search with Google Search I have to enter the search criteria twice. The first time the system just sits there with no response. The second time it responds normally. This is the same on both of my Dell Lattitude laptops running the latest version of Windows 11. I run NORD VPN and Trend Micro internet security
