In my email files (left pane) I have an ARCHIVE file (the good one), but also a second one (the one I can't delete); please see image attached.

Note the second one has a grayed-out icon which is different from the good ones. How can I send that file off to OblivionWorld?

What does the icon that shows (for a while) against the SUBJECT line of messages indicate?

After some time, or perhaps following my general activity within the application or some other trigger, it seems to disappear for reasons I have yet to understand.

I attach a screen clip showing four of these icons ("2025 - STILL TO REVIEW" is one of my user-created folder names.)

Secondly, is the answer to the above question available already in online help for Thunderbird? If so, and since I haven't found it yet, I would be grateful to be pointed towards the relevant article. As a new user, I expect it would tell me other things that will be useful for me to learn!

They do not appear in my webmail (mailserver) but do in Thunderbird - I have tried so many methods on your forums, but nothing is working - can you help?

I love Thunderbird, but I have recently moved to use a Android device for most of my work, and despite that there is now Thunderbird for Android, I found that there is a feature I really need but it is not working there: moving mails across different accounts. I work daily with four different accounts and sometimes I need to move some threads from to another. I had to move to a different email reader because of that, but I would really love to come back to Thunderbird.

I'm finding that folders under my email heading are missing, until I find them completely out of alphabetical order. Then I move them to where they belong, and a day later they are somewhere else. How to correct this?

When a message is removed from a folder via that folders' Retention Policy, is the message permanently deleted or does that message go to Trash? I use Thunderbird with Gmail via POP. Thank you.

I have a new Windows 11 computer and installed Thunderbird. Whenever I try to insert an image there is no option to do so. I was able to do this on my Windows 10 machine but not on this new Windows 11 machine. I went into settings and in the Composition section, under Sending Format, I did have it set to Automatic but changed it to Only HTML. In the Write message, in the Options menu, there is no insert image or anything. On my Windows 10 machine, there was an Insert for images and tables etc. On my Windows 11 machine, none of those options are available. How can they be missing? I don't want to send my image as an attachment, I want to insert it to the body of the message.

Any ideas as to how I can get the insert options in Thunderbird?

Just checking when ThunderMail and Pro will be available? I'm in need of email services for my small business and just don't want to subscribe to Google. I love Thunderbird, glad it survived so many transformations over decades and would like my subscription contribute to further development.

Can you, please provide me with at least estimated timeline?

I want to use TB as client for a twc.com account. I do not want a TB email account; I want to use it to access my existing twc.com account. I have downloaded TB but the only option I see is to open a TB email account, which is not my goal. How can I find the option to open the TB site and setup to use TB as client for a twc.com account?
