Hi, I got a new laptop recently and ever since then I've been experiencing this problem. Websites like https://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com or https://ukutabs.com offer the option to autoscroll, so that you can play your instrument without having to pause your playing and scroll further yourself. This feature hasn't been working for me ever since I got my new device and since it's various sites, I suppose the problem must be in the browser itself, I just can't figure it out. In the case of Ultimate Guitar, when I click autoscroll, it does move slightly, once, but then stops again, and you'd miss the movement if you're not paying close attention. I can switch between various speeds on this site as well, but it doesn't do anything. In case of Ukutabs, there's not even any kind of response from the site when I click the option. I tried turning on and off Firefox settings concerning autoscrolling and smooth scrolling, but nothing solved my problem.

I wanted to make a lengthy post on a website today, but I accidentally hit CTRL + R twice which bypassed the "This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave — information you’ve entered may not be saved." safety net. Is there a way to deliberately disable any and all refresh shortcuts and buttons when a safety net shows up, so my buttery fingers don't ruin my day to it's absolute maximum?

I want safety nets to be deliberately annoying.

Anyway: Ever since I've used Thunderbird (starting at version 68 or 78, don't remember), the "mark messages read after delay" setting has never been respected. All messages are marked as read immediately after opening, thus not respecting my setting of 10 seconds.

Hello, a couple of years ago I signed up for Pocket Premium so that I could make use of the full-text feature, but I found that full-text search didn't work, which meant that Premium useless for my purposes. This was acknowledged by Pocket Support, and my subscription payment was refunded.

Before I try again it would be interesting to know whether the full-text search has been fixed and now works properly as advertised at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pocket-premium-full-text-search

I have the problem that every of my most visited sites are loading normal fast except for YouTube.

YouTube needs about 2 to 3 seconds to load the site itself and the thumbnails like "lagging" pictures which are rendering real slow while my other most visited sites like Twitch, Reddit or Twitter are loading in about 1 second or less. (i have installed the "Page Load Time" addon to check that).

I have only installed uBlock and nothing else.

How can I prevent thunderbird 115.5.1 from expanding my zip attachments prior to mailing? Even though the zipped file is below the 5 meg maximum, Thunderbird unzips the file as soon as it is entered as an attachment thus making it above the 5 meg maximum.

I upgraded to version 115.2.2 (64 bits), on a Windows 10 OS.

I used to be able to reduce the pane of the message list, so that I could expand the contents of a selected message. But now it has a lower limit, where I cannot push the line up further.

Attached is an image showing the line of concern. I could drag it down, but no further up. How could I change this behavior?

'i am now using thunderbird to get my emails. i have two accounts- aol and gmail. when i open the thunderbird app, the emails are not joined, they are separated and i have to scroll to each account to review my emails, is there a way to join both accounts and review both aol and gmail emails at one time? thanks

I am running Windows 10 Enterprise version on my desktop.

The same video on Facebook plays perfectly on Chrome but the sound is muted when it is played on Firefox. It happens only recently.

Is there some control features that I should turn on or turn off somewhere so that I can continue to use Facebook a usual on my Desk top.

Fix the problem ! If I set up a set of bookmarks and web sites to be opened on startup of Firefox, then use them and save that list forever until I change it.

That is how you product worked until this week. Now, it sucks. And why does the header say that my options are controlled by my organization ? This is my private computer, belongs to me, not any organization !

When TB programmers (PS I am not sending these idiots money) do changes to the overall look, feel, colours, toolbars, etc, WE, the users, should get a prompt POPUP that show the old vs the new AND the choice if we want to change it. This is the forth time TB or FF has made some stupid horrible change that want users to downgrade immediately..... AND we the USER, are not asked.

Oh! yeah. There is that page of "changes". Can anyone whom doesn't understand computer all the well, actually understand the rubbish written on this page? Is the page actually posted to US the USERS, before the upgrade commences? NO. Change TB version 115 back to whichever version it was (looks wise) before you double blind programmers made changes. Hay, I just switched over from chrome and there is one very important thing missing. However its a pretty easy thing to add. A digital clock as part of the browsers UI (To the right of the searchbar in my case) Chrome has a Addon for that sadly firefox does not. So id like to Request for you to add a digital clock to the Customize Firefox Page. The size of flexible space would do or slightly smaller and let us change collor and 24 or 12 hour please. If that feature gets added i can finally get of chrome

Themes do not stay locked since several updates back. It is ridiculous that every time you open the browser you need to go to settings and get 'dark theme' back on, when it is the only theme many of us with visual problems can use. MANY people have complained about this (read your own reviews). FIX IT! It's doubtless a five minute job to put this back the way it was.

There are times when I have 100's of messages in my INBOX, and others where for some reason, TB has my current message way below. So, on MacOS at least, I get the side bar active and I move it to the top. But I thought how clever it would be to have a button that simply reset the view to the top-most (current) message.

(using 118.2.0) At times the navigation icons and the reload icon disappear from the task bar. When I go into Settings and then back to the browser page the icons are gone. They are still in the "3 dot" menu. The only way I have found to reappear them is to close the app (go into android task list and "swipe" it closed) and reopen it.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Hello all. I'd like to restore the backspace button function but the previously workable solution — resetting browser. backspace_action to 0 — is not working for me. Any hints as to why that might be the case?

After the last update the program no longer groups all accounts' Junk folders under Junk, but puts them separately under each account - except for one account. This happens despite choosing Unified view in Folders. All the other folders are grouped (Inbox, Archive, Sent, Drafts, etc), but Junk is not. It worked perfectly well in the previous version. Please help!
