All updates since 117.0 crash when I attempt to launch (iPhone X, iOS 14.3). I've never had any issue with previous updates. Seems like a bug that needs rectifying.

Hello! I’m a bit concerned because firefox has been functioning perfectly fine up to last week, when it started not crashing, but losing the opened sessions. I had many tabs that I would go back to after closing firefox. And then suddenly, when I opened it, there were no tabs at all. This happened again yesterday. And today again. I cannot find the option “restore previous session” like on the computer, so I go to history and manually restore the lost tabs, and of course it isn’t possible to remember everything, so lots are being lost. Could you help me? Many thanks!

I regularly update the app, without any problems.

The latest one (117) causes a startup crash. Can’t access the browser or the settings.

Thank god for jailbreak, I downgraded to the stable 116.4. Cleared web data, rebooted to a non-jailbreak state, updated to 117 and still crashes.

Back to 116.4 until a solution or feedback.

History tab view shows an image of tab value but does nothing when a tab is selected, opens a blank pane. Click-hold on tab thumbnail causes browser to crash. IOS Firefox current versions. iPhone SE 3rd gen.

Webpage freezes randomly recently. Need to close the app manually every time and restart all the searches or type the website afterwards. Please fix the problem. I am using the most updated version of firefox in IOS.

Have never been encountered this problem before.

Hello Since the release of 116 for iPhone, my iPhone 8 freezes. I have to switch the phone off and reboot it. Only for it to occur a few minutes later. I know from the comments on the App Store that I’m not the only one.

I’m running iOS 16.6, with around 21GB of free space.

Thanks for your prompt attention. I’m having to use the G**gle app to get round this problem, which doesn’t sit well with me.

Whenever firefox is running in the background waiting to be used, it crashes as soon as i click an external link or open the application from my home screen. Opening the app after not using it for 5 minutes causes the app to freeze, and won’t respond until the app is restarted completely.

For the two nights any tabs i have open on mozilla are wiped out. Not the first time this happened, and last time i managed to somewhat fix it. I tend to keep a lot open, but today it was well under 20 and it still every tab vanished and i had to go digging to find the windows i was keeping to read, listen to music, and last few times i lost a lot of art references and recipes i never found again. Finding the ‘need to haves’ in history only works for tabs i kept outside of private browsing, and looking for the lost tabs is well over an hour for only 10-13 tabs to be found since i look up a lot of random things. Am beyond wits end as i spent three hours up late trying to fix it, only to spend another two trying to fix it when it happened again

I updated the app and all my tabs are gone. I don’t have a pc so I exclusively use firefox on my IOS, so I don’t think I can sync it with anything. I really don’t know how any of this works but I had 100+ tabs open and this is very distressing, please let me know if there’s any way to recover them

I’m having a issue with the app on iOS where sometimes if I leave the app to do other things then return to the app later on it will be frozen. Sometimes I can open the keyboard and type but nothing happens. I also can’t scroll web pages and the app doesn’t come back alive. Instead I have to force close it.

For the last two months I am unable to use a Classmates.com webpage that I have been using for 15 years. It suddenly keeps giving me the following error message Secure Connection Failed

I have contacted the company and they keep telling me it's my connection or browser and they can't help me. I know there is probably one setting that somehow is wrong but I can't get anyone to figure it out for me. I have tried everything possible. Can this be a browser setting that will not let me edit anything on this webpage? I can edit on other pages that are basically the same type of program ( reunions for schools) PLEASE HELP. YES, MY SECURITY CERTIFICATE IS PAID UP AND ACTIVE.

I have an Iphone 11 Pro with iOS version 16.5.1, and I have been having some problems with the Firefox app. I have a number of tabs on my browser, with some of them being very old. I was trying to clear some of them up and I noticed that a good portion of them will not load. Even though I can see their titles in the tab, when I select them, only a blank white page loads up, not even with a URL bar, so I am unable to reload the site. When I try to tap on the tab for longer than a few seconds to bring up additional options, the whole app crashes.

What can be done about this?

Firefox on iOS crashed when I toggles the inactive tabs button on and off and I had about 48 tabs as well 300 + private tabs open for years and when I clicked on the restore tabs button, it did not work and nothing came back. Can you please help me restore the session? I really need those private tabs back so I can save them accordingly. The history is there for the normal tabs but the private ones are the ones I really need back. I just need to be able to restore that session. I can provide log files as needed. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

I am trying to make a purchase on the 5% nutrition website. The browser will not allow me to change flavors from the drop down menu. When I select from the drop down the page reloads to the default. The website works on other browsers. I am running version 116.0.2. Thanks, Jesse

My Thunderbird program froze when I was deleting a couple hundred or more emails at once. Now, every time I open it I get nothing but the spinning wait cursor, and all I can do is force quit the app. I am running Catalina 10.15.7 on my Mac. Is there anything I can do to solve this short of uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? I have archived emails that I don't want to lose. Thank you.
