I have lost my email account, well as such I still have the username, but my old cell phone exploded and I have forgotten the password of my email I no longer have my old number available which was linked to the account and I did not have any email registered making my only method of recovery is the password that I still do not remember, Could you help me? What should I do? In that account I had very important things... If you are very kind in answering my question, thank you. I recently encountered an issue where Firefox stopped working properly, so I uninstalled and then reinstalled the browser. After reinstalling, I logged back into my Firefox account, but none of my data (such as bookmarks, saved passwords, history, etc.) has been restored.

It seems like my account is behaving like a brand new one

It seems like my account isn't syncing properly. Could you please help me recover my previous data?

Today my Firefox browser updated & all my bookmarks have disappeared. In place of my Bookmark toolbar is just "For quick access, placeyour bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks(link). The bookmarks side bar is empty. I've followed the instructions to try to recover them but the page(Goes there from the "Manage Bookmarks" link) they send me to has no functionality. Whatever I enter goes nowhere, whatever I select. I've tried several different routes from the support/help pages to resolve but always end up at this dumb page. How do I get my bookmarks back when the tools to do so don't seem to want to work?

When i upgraded Firefox my old profile doesn't show up now. I found my old profile under about:profiles but when i click on the Launch profile in new browser i get this message, "You've launched an older version of Firefox. Using an older version of Firefox can corrupt bookmarks and browsing history already saved to an existing Firefox profile. To protect your information, create a new profile for this installation of Firefox" I did create a new profile but how do i get my old saved data, add ons etc to the new profile?

I logged into my Firefox Sync account last week on a newly re-imaged computer. My old computer is listed under "Connected Services" and for the first few days, when I selected "Sync" from the top right menu, the subsequent menu included the name of the the old computer and the list of tabs. That list of tabs is no longer listed and I haven't been able to find a way to access it. Attached is an image of the menu where the list of tabs was previously listed. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Good afternoon, I had to format my PC and when I installed Firefox, when I logged in, I noticed that it didn't import the bookmarks I had associated with the account (as I always do) or the saved passwords. Everything disappeared. Why? Can I recover this data? Thank you.

Hello. I love the feature. I didn't know it was a new feature because I started using Firefox around April. I saved my group tabs, very happy about it. Then I close and save it, then I opened it again, it was great!

I am a student, I use my group tab to add the tabs that have the resources that I need to, and would also like to study for more knowledge and for my next school year.

There was no problem at that whole time. In April 21, there was no problem until April 22, 23 no problem. But I forgot my charger at that time, because I was at my mothers house. Then I wait for weeks for my charger to come back, about 2 weeks for my laptop to revive there in my grandparent's house.

When I got my charger, and opened firefox. Wait, but at first when I opened firefox, it showed me that there is a new update, an update about tab groups that I already now. I looked at my group tabs, and they are not there anymore.

What should I do to get them back.

My main pc is not working anymore. I opened up an old one but I have the bookmark from last year on it even after syncing. I wanted to retrieve my bookmarks from the pc that crashed. I went to my firefox app but now even there the old bookmarks are sync.

How can I retrieve a previous syncronisation from IOS app? On the PC i can restore a old version but the one that I have on my PC are from a year ago. Can I retrieve a more recent sync or back up from the IOS app?

I have a new PC and using the same account in both old and new (jrallen@umn.edu). The sync mechanisms are on, but the new machine seems to have only a few of the bookmarks from the old machine. It seems like they are missing or invisible. I only have "Other Bookmarks" available.
