I got an email that my mozilla data and account will be cancelled June 26 because I have not used it in 2 years. I use thunderbird for email. Isn't that a mozilla product? Was this email a scam? It asked me to sign in to prevent my account being cancelled. I decided to ask if this was really mozilla or a scam. I recently moved to another email provider. Since the move I use a new email address (account). The mail in the previous used imap account must be saved. Since the old server at the provider has been blocked. A lot of emails have to saved for some years. Do you have a suggestion how to save the mail? Thanks, Paul

Hello. I have been using Thunderbird on my desktop computer and K-9 Mail on my Android phone for several years. I have just updated K-9 Mail to version 9, which is now called "Thunderbird." One of my e-mail accounts is a POP account. Incoming e-mails on this account appear on both devices - desktop and Android - but e-mails that I send via my phone on this account don't appear on the desktop version of Thunderbird. Is there a way I can synchronize ALL the folders on the Android version of Thunderbird with the desktop version?

Problems with importing a profile having successfully exported it. As the profile is larger than 2GB I couldn't create a ZIP file. Having imported the profile my historical emails are not showing.
