10-24-25 In my setup for 'BDR Office' Thunderbird has stopped displaying all my folders. How do I restore proper display. Noted fact, I have named three of my folders with preceding characters '0 -' on the given file name' so to display together in my list. Odd - these three folders are the only ones that display. See Attached. In my TB setup I have 3 emails set up and it is only the 'BDR Office' (for my email [edited from public] @reagancpa.com) that has ceased to display all my folders. Normally it appears similar to the [edited from public] @gmail.com as seen in the attached. On 10-13-25 I followed several Methods provided by Support.mozilla.org with no success. How can I check if I am supporting Mozilla financially? I just received an email asking for a donation but thought I was already donating. Is there somewhere in my account settings where I can check if/how I am donating?

Cannot create account. Just started using Mozilla because my ISP does not like Macs.

Apparently Mozilla does not like Macs either. I entered the information and just got "Bad request (400)"

I've been floundering and cannot find any help.

Hi, great mail client! I have two email accounts and would like to suggest:

(1) Switching from one account to the other takes too many clicks. By using the three lines top left, I would like to get to the ACOUNTS LIST directly. That could be implemented as a switch in the settings or as an own button/icon on the pages of the mail items.

(2) Next to the sub directories I would like to see the number of total mails per folder - not only the new ones. The desktop version has that feature.

Hello, I want to make sure I do not have any paying services active earlier this year i had issues with data breach I did cancel some services but, i did not realize some came all from Mozilla like Firefox relay,mozilla vpn, mozilla monitor etc. I also seem to have created at some point two accounts one using my gmail and one using my hotmail since both emails had the data breach issues. I want to change the email associated with my account. However I can't add a secondary email and then make it the primary, as is suggested in all search results, because the primary email has been defunct for years. (I have had no reason to enter the account since that time.) Therefore I cannot receive the code to allow me to add the email. How can I proceed? Thanks in advance. I have a computer that is not eligible for Windows 11, apparently. I don't want to lose my files before I can purchase a new one--what can I do? I have a lot of files--some can be discarded but I need and want to keep others. I am a senior and not completely computer savvy.
