I cannot suddenly download my bank statements I am getting this message within the bank website:

"We're sorry, there was an issue when trying to retrieve your documents." this has only happened recently there reply to the question is as follows: Thank you for your email.

We understand experiencing issues with the website can be frustrating. This error is normally received when there is a browser compatibility issue. If the current browser does not allow you to access the documents, we would suggest using one of our other supported browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Chrome.

Also I am having problems getting into my messages an Error comes up around 3 times before I actually get into them.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated....thank you

Hi. Yesterday, I browsed thru my Firefox and/or GMail settings, and removed headers and footers from my printed copies of emails and web pages. Which is fine. However, at the same time I must have mistakenly changed a setting so that my print-ready version of an email or web page always displays in B & W, not in color. Although it will print in color, depending on how I have my HP printer set. How can I change that back so the print-ready Print Preview copy displays pics, etc. in color? I forgot what I did. Aarrgh! I have a fresh install of TB 78.8 on Windows 10. I use it to access my work email which is hosted by Google. I got the calendar to sync with Provider but gContactSync no longer works and I can't figure out any of the other options. I've ready about TbSync and Provider for CalDev & CardDev but can't figure out how to make it work. Could someone provide a dummies guide to getting my contacts sync'd? Thanks

I have an add-on which is installed from the public add-on store (?). This add-on works quite good.

Nevertheless I made some tiny adjustments in the source to fullfill my needs. I can manually load the file from the add-on manager which works as well.

But as soon as I do one of the two task:

  • restart the whole computer (or logout and login)
  • Check for Update

the manually loaded xpi is gone. It is only the public one available.

==> How to have the manually adapted xpi loaded all the time and the public one not any more?

I use Thunderbird to access emails on several platforms including my PlusNet account. I changed a password recently on PlusNet to one that included the characters *, & and ^. Thunderbird then refused to send any emails from this account. Plusnet help were no use. I tried changing the password again to one with no special characters and things are back working. Is there a known problem with one of the three characters I used or is there a more general issue? many thanks Malcolm

So, I was trying to head to Bing for reasons I will not disclose due to embarrassment. So I went to open it from google and was given the Error:

So I cleared cookies and site data, nothing still got the error. I tried checking my PC for malware as stupid as it sounds, I just didn't wanna be asked to do it. Spic and Span. I even checked my protection settings which FOR SOME REASON turned themselves back on. I turned those off and still, no dice.

Any help would be appreciated

Functionality problem with Thunderbird Write

When starting an email with Write, for years I have been able to enter an address into the "To" window, pressing Enter would bring up another "To" window etc. until I was done with "To" entries. That is no longer possible: I can enter only one "To" entry. Also, something is odd about the color theme - the borders are a dun brown as though the Window that Write is showing in does not have the focus.

I'm using Win10 64 bit, and the latest version of Thunderbird 64bit. I was surprised about two weeks ago when this problem showed up to find that my version of Thunderbird was the 32bit version. I tried to see if I had done something to misconfigure Write with no joy, so I upgraded Thunderbird to the 64 bit version

This is keeping me from using Thunderbird to send mail. I'd appreciate any advice to get my Send functionality back.

Hi friends,

I am receiving an error that firefox is out of disk space.

"firefox is running out of space"

Despite following the instructions the error still appears. I also clicked the "Got it" button in hopes that this would make the error go away, but it keeps coming back. My system has over 20gb free and I really can't see why this error is occuring.

Does anyone have any advice? (besides switching browsers)

Read support article about importing username and password info direct from .CSV file. I see at the bottom of that article that if no such option presents (Import from file), I am to ensure that signon.management.page.fileImport.enabled is set to true. I don't see that operator within the listing of configuration options. I can create that operator and set it to true, but that doesn't make the 'import from file' option appear in the three dot drop down menu within the Logins and Passwords page. Has the title or location of the fileImport operator changed, been moved?

I mistakenly created a global inbox in Thunderbird 78.8.0 for my two email accounts. One is a POP server, the other IMAP, so obviously it doesn't work. My mistake. I now have a folder named "inbox" under my "local folders" which is redundant. There is no left-click option to delete or remove it. How do I get rid of it and reverse the creation of the combined inbox? I could not see an option under settings. Help appreciated.
