I have unsubscribed from all newsletter after receiving the first email but days later I'm still getting emails from Firefox (e.g. Superpower #4: See if your info has been leaked).

This is an incredibly bad user experience and to my knowledge illegal in the EU.

I'm probably still within that journey but the journey should terminate the moment I clicked unsubscribed.

Latest Firefox update 104.0 started displaying "This connection is not secure. Logins entered here could be compromised" again after previously being disabled. It's an annoying message that pops up on my intranet logins and I want it disabled again. I did the usual in about:config and set security.insecure_field_warning.contextual.enabled to False and security.insecure_password.ui.enabled to False like previously, but the message is still there. It seems that latest update is forcing this message and ignoring the settings to disable them. Please help!

My Thunderbird ver 102.2.0 is clearly saving my passwords and quite happily downloading the emails from each account.

However when I go into Password Manager - Options (top right "burger button" ), settings, passwords. Some of the accounts either don't show or have old password details.

This prevents me from logging in to an email account using a browser, if I cannot remember or find the password from another source.

I have clearly put the correct details into TB sometime in the past as it downloads & sends emails fine, just not revealing what those passwords are.

Suggestions and help appreciated.

PS Some of my accounts are 2FA and I have needed to enter an "app" password for these to work, which TB again happily accepts, but it is NOT those I am having trouble with.

Trying to use ProctorU with Firefox 104.0.2 on Windows 11 Home, and I am getting the following message : "Monitor Count : You may only use 1 monitor during your exam. Your monitor count could not be found". I searched for possible fixes, and someone mentioned removing fingerprinters, and possibly also remove cookies and tracking content from Firefox enforcement. I removed all 3 and that did not help. I also tried clearing cookies and site data and also cached web content, this did not help. Is there some other setting in Firefox that might be preventing the detection of the monitor count? Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

I am on Thunderbird 102.5.0 (32-bit) The authentication of my University of Glasgow e-mail account has to be change to OAuth2. I have tried to do so but there is a problem. When I try to change the Outgoing Server (SMPT) from Normal Password to OAuth2, the drop menu does NOT contain the option 'OAuth2'. The 'OAuth2' option is available in the Security Settings Authentication method drop menu.

I have made the recommended checks on cookies and java script etc. They are set as instructed.

I use a web app for learning guitar at https://www.fender.com/play It used the microphone to grade your playing Using Firefox 107.0 (64 bit) under Linux Mint - after a recent upgrade the mic stopped working at this site Fender play says, " Microphone access | We require microphone access to give feedback on your playing | Please click "Allow" or "Share"above to provide it for us."

But 'old' dialog box requesting permission never shows up. Address bar shows 'mic icon', but clicking on it does nothing

If I google "mic test" the mic seems to work fine at a "testing" site

I think Fender actually uses MatchMySound1.com to analyze -- Has some setting permission possibly changed? Works in Firefox 102.5esr using Debian

BTW: = Settings | Privacy & Security | microphone [settings] doesn't seem useful

Thanks in advance
