Since updating to version 135 all the tabs crash. I've uninstalled\reinstalled, deleted app data, disabled AV and created a new profile. The only time it works is in troubleshooting mode. I've looked at extensions and plugins and I'm only seeing OpenH264 video codec and Widevine content decryption. I've disabled those but still get the crashed tabs.

I'm also not generating any crash logs.

I run Firefox under Linux Mint. Both are always update to the latest level. Over the past 1 to 1.5 years, across updates to both Firefox and Mint and multiple 'clean' installs of Firefox, I have experienced many crashes from Firefox per week. Sometimes there will be as many as 5 per day, but never less than one per day. During the same period I have also been running Vivaldi; it has not crashed once in that time. Now I have to do something. If there is a simple way to perform 'problem source identification', that is within my capability, I would be grateful for advice. If there is not, then clearly I will have to un-install Firefox.

As far as I can tell both of these browsers run with just 1 add-on/extension: uBlock Origin. Disabling this extension in Firefox does not stop Firefox from crashing.

My Firefox Browser keeps crashing at random times. I was using Chrome previously and it was worse than the Firefox performance. I just installed 128 GB of brand new DDR5 RAM which I tested in windows with no error. I have no malware on my computer currently. I always use the middle mouse button (pressing the scroll wheel) to open and close new tabs, but since the update, it doesn't work anymore and now types "=" if the cursor is in a text field. For context, I use an MX Master S3, mapped with Logi Options+.

Anyone else having this issue? How do I roll back to the previous version??

SOLVED: It was a bug with Logi Options+, not Firefox. When I hovered over the tab for the presets I had for CaptureOne, I noticed it also said Firefox. So seems something weird happened there. Deleted that preset and the issue in Firefox went away.

Since version 134 of Firefox Android has been out, it crashes EVERY TIME when I try ot use the "back" gesture on my Xiaomi 14(i.e. swiping from right or left side of the screen) I tried Firefox 134, Iceraven 2.27 (also based on the same Gecko) - they act the same. In the same time I also have Waterfox, based in the previous version of Firefox 133, and it responds properly. I guess it is related to the latest version only. Here's the crash log:

I have Firefox on two separate computers, a desktop running Win7Prof64bit and a laptop running Win10Pro 64bit. Both Firefox installations crash constantly, ie every 10 - 15 mins. They show the "Gah! Firefox just crashed. Please tell us what you were doing", and the box to return the data to Mozilla. With Restore This Tab at the bottom.

I always send you these reports but in about a year, the problem remains the same. Nothing has improved, I never hear back from you. Two different PCs, two different OSs, constant reports, no improvement. Why do I never hear from you? Why does this problem continue endlessly? I'm wasting my time sending you the reports. You take no notice. If you do, why does the problem continue and why do I never hear from you?

Recently, I've had an issue with your browser on my desktop. I use AOL for my homepage. When I open the browser, it takes a long time to load. When it finally does, sometimes the tab crashes immediately. If it doesn't, I try to open another tab and that will crash. I don't have the problem when I use Edge. Any suggestions? If I remove Firefox and reinstall it, will I get all my favorites back?.

Can you guys check why your netflix account is getting logged out every time regardless of how many times you logged in and for prime video if you play any video i'm getting video player error, can you please check

The browser constantly crashes to desktop, it constantly loses passwords and has to be reinstalled and for some reason the developers chose to make it download images in the webp format which iOS doesn’t render properly so images are always blurry, and they also chose to give the user no way to change that stupid decision by the devs. Are you ever going to add the about:config option so that the users can at least make the adjustments the devs refuse to make?

When I try to log in, I get the "your account has been locked for security reasons" message. I understand I'm supposed to get an email with a code to confirm my identity, but I didn't. I tried multiple times in the last few days. The only mail I got from Mozilla is one asking me to log in to change my password. But obviously, I can't log in.

Audio doesn't work with Firefox. This appears to be ONLY a Firefox problem. Headphones work with Edge. Computer speakers work. In Windows settings, testing audio works. But when I attempt to listen to something in Firefox, there is no sound at all.

My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.
