I'm unable to access GroupOn from my laptop while using FireFox browser. When I attempt to log on using my Email user name, a message that states "ACCESS DENIED" appears. I have followed the steps to clear the cache but doesn't correct this issue. I'm able to access using my email user name using an alternative browser but I prefer FireFox. Currently running Windows 10. I receive emails from GroupOn using the same account that I attempt to log on with and receive the "ACCESS DENIED" response. Any knowledge would be appreciated

Have just had new Draytek 2927 router installed and FF (139.0.1) will not allow access to google.com nor to search via google. Google says "unusual traffic detected" and the Captchas never load. Typing a URL allows that website to open without issue. Is this issue with router or FF? Can access google.com via Chrome (which I have had to use to raise this query!) I am not using a VPN and only a UK language add on. Any help would be appreciated.

For the past several months I'm unable to Login to Mozilla Foxfire from my Desktop. The URL I'm using is: http://www.my.yahoo.com - it then switches to https://signin.att.com and I get the following message: "AT&T - It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again."
Regardless how often I attempt to Login, it's useless. I'm obligated to go to Google Chrome to access my Yahoo Mail & Calendar. Have gone many years without a hitch, now this. As a long time supporter of Mozilla Foxfire I would appreciate any help y'all could offer. Thank you. esaviles@sbcglobal.net

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

This problem has been going on for a while, it started with version 138.0.4, continued with 139.0. and now even version 139.0.1 is bad! I have Windows 10 64 bit operating system. Video uploading works with other browsers! I would like this problem to be solved! There was a similar case before, and it was fixed.

Up until 2 days ago, I had no issues accessing my yahoo email accounts (sbcglobal.net through At&T) I had done nothing different re settings. I rebooted my modem and my computer several times. I deleted old history which I do several times a week anyway. I called AT&T support team but they just suggested logging on to another browser. So I tried Edge and was able to access the emails successfully. I even "refreshed" Firefox and nothing changed except I had to replace several quick links. I checked for updates and discovered my Firefox browser is up to date. My Android cell phone has no issues with the emails. I have one on Firefox browser and one with Chrome on my cell phone and no issues with either one. I have been using the same log in link for many years. I even explored the new way to log in called "Currently.com" for yahoo mail. Still won't work on Firefox. But it does work on Edge. I would prefer to continue using Firefox for browser but need to use Edge til I figure this out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (BTW wifi IS on and the connection for everything else works fine.

Hello, I am suffering from an odd issue when using twitch.tv. In short, when viewing peoples streams, my video feed will usually turn into colorful static (aka "clown vomit"). I suspect that the issue is coming from Firefox, but I can't be certain. I am using a newly-bought laptop and the issue could be caused by a large number of things, theoretically. Here is what I know:
Can someone please give me advice for how to fix this? Has anyone seen anything like this before? Is there a way for me to get deeper under the hood of either Twitch or Firefox and more closely debug the video stream when it fails?

I run malware byte and Ccleaner neither solved this issue
I use Microsoft edge and have no issues.

I just need how to make use of the hardware decoder on bilibili.com when I watching videos by Firefox android
I have tried to solve this problem by using AI,but I have followed the steps given by Deepseek, I have made sure my device are support HEVC and AVC hardware decoding (Snapdragon 870), I also tried to switch my UA to Safari 18, MacOS X, it couldn't help either, but I do the same steps on Edge Canary it works. It bothered me a lot, every time I switched the quality options to 8k,the video playback becomes very According to edge://gpu, I'm very sure 8k video hardware decoding is available on my device. Hello,
For a few days now I've been unable to use Google tools via Firefox (I can't tell if this is due to an update or not).
As soon as a document (usually an editable or navigable area) is opened on the page, it appears completely black. Interactions work correctly at first glance (it's possible to click, write, interact with content that isn't displayed. The problem seems to be purely visual.
I've encountered the problem in all Google Sheet or Docs documents (including when I'm making a new one) and on Google Maps, regardless of location (in the case of Google maps, a notable point is that the map is displayed and then turns black after one or two seconds).
I don't have this problem on another browser, I have it in PM.
Do you have any ideas on how to find the cause and fix the problem?
Have a nice day!

To whom it may concern,
I have an angular application accessing data from a 3rd party data provider. To get data, POST-requests are sent to the data provider REST API (https://capzlog.aero). The application works correctly using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. However, when using Firefox, the following error appears:
"Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://capzlog.aero/api/pel/public/externalsystemflights/GetMissingIDs. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed). Status code: (null)."
As the POST request contains basic authentication, a preflight-request (OPTIONS) is first sent to the data provider. This request fails when using Firefox (but not when using Chrome or Edge), see attached screen-shots.
I have spent 4 days on the internet trying to figure out a solution, but I could not solve the issue. I tried the following: 1) check the certificates of the 3rd party provider (https://capzlog.aero): There are no issues. 2) start Firefox in safe-mode, disactivating the "Enhanced Tracking Protecting", clearing the cache. 3) changing the following Firefox settings:
security.enterprise_roots.enabled (true<->false) security.tls.version.min (1<->3) security.tls.version.max (2<->4) network.http.network-changed.timeout
I tried sending the "OPTIONS"-request using curl and it worked as expected:

When viewing YouTube in mobile view (desktop view works though) through the browser, the comment section seem to be invisible and not showing. I use the IRS form filler to pay my taxes...have for years with Firefox browser. This year (for 2024 return) when I sign into the site the 1040 form does not display correctly. the boxes are to the right and below the actual placement. I emailed IRS who said it is a setting in Firefox. I tried the site using Microsoft EDGE and it displays correctly. I have searched for possible solutions and tried them all like using/on and off excelerator, letting Firefox chose size and colors of sites, turned off Noton etc. I posted another question here but no replies or looks so maybe I did something wrong so I will try to post again. I have W10 fully updated and Firefox too up to date. I understand I could use Edge but never had to and prefer to use Firefox as I have before. any suggestions would be appreciated or where I can report a possible issue with Firefox. I have attached a sample. thank You
