when opening o365 and open a PDF attachment that was fillable, I cannot view the filled in texts, unless i download the file and view with my default PDF viewer., even doing preview i cannot see the filled in portions of the document. I can view on Chrome and Edge and outlook app on my PC. I have attached a jpeg for your viewing, if you look at top part it shows what i get in Firefox, the bottom is with any other browser or office app. I am using windows 10 and the latest browser Firefox.

updating my profile i found option of 2nd factor notification that I use always when offered. it asked me to make up my own unique code that no one else would have so i made up a string of letters-numbers but nothing happened, tried only my favorite numbers - zip. then couple favorite words - zip. so started to close computer and noticed a lot of emails from Mozilla each with typical 6-digit confirmation code number - so i am not supposed to invent my own private code? all of the numbers emailed to me have long since expired. Please don't kill my accounts! I use a lot of Moz apps - but must use hateful Outfock b/c university no longer supports T'bird.

First of all, THANK YOU for volunteering. I've donated to Mozilla over the years and appreciate this product. Okay, here's my issue....I'm OLD! HA! Onto the pertinent issue I hope can be solved here:

I use Otter ai to transcribe my healing sessions w/ clients (I'm an energy healer-I see dimensions within the human energy field). I'm a "low-end" user (I just made that up) because it's just me. When I try (operative word) to export and actually hit the "export" button, I get this stupid, crappy, dangling box about ChatGPT (see image below). There's no place to respond yes, no, or to close it out. The only thing I can do is hit "escape" to make it disappear but then I'm kicked out of the export process to view the original screen listing my recent meetings.

Specifics: I have a Macbook Air, macOS Sonoma version 14.4.1 w/ an Apple M1 (no idea what all this but assume it's useful for you). FF is my default browser. I use otter thru FF rather than an app on my Mac. In FF settings I've added otter ai to a list that allows website popups. I don't use Chatgpt or whatever it does on otter. I just want to export the text.

Sadly, otter ai customer support has been dismal. So, I've turned to you folks. I'm not super computer savvy, but hope I've done the basics to rule out issues. Oh, I've also logged out then in to Otter, rebooted my laptop a bunch- all the things to reset. Didn't work.

Here's an example of the scenario I'm suffering: - You want to go do something on a website, say Bacefook (as a demonstration). So you go search up "Bacefook", and enter. - You use the Google search engine, as it does the job. However, you notice it has been taking a few seconds longer than anticipated. - Your internet times out and says it's having trouble connecting to the website. - You refresh, and suddenly the website perfectly loads.

Sometimes it even takes more than one refresh to get it to load normally! And this is not limited to the google search engine. It happens on all sorts of websites. There is no clear pattern to when a website actually loads or not. This problem is limited to my 2 WiFi routers, as other WiFi routers load all websites perfectly.

I decided to check the network tab in the inspect element for more information. I get "NS_ERROR_UNKNOWN_HOST" which is clearly false because the target website clearly exists. And the timings tab in the faulty request shows that every timing took 0 milliseconds to fulfill, so it may be the case that no data has been sent. (Seen in image below)

Chrome doesn't really have an issue with this. YouTube may have taken a long time to load in a test experiment though but it loaded successfully all along.

This also seems to be appearing elsewhere for a lot of internet request my computer makes, so it may be an internet setting that exists from one application from another. But it's been bugging me a lot with Firefox specifically.

This problem started happening about 1-2 months ago, and I use Firefox 131.0.3, the latest version of Firefox.

I recently did a Clean install on my Windows 11 machine and downloaded/installed Firefox. Now when i sign in to my Mozilla account so i can sync back the extensions and bookmarks that i had it seems like it don't restore the information. I am sign in to the right account. What have happen whit all the information that is associated whit that account? Is everything deleted?

Hello. I got a new laptop (Windows 11) and have been trying to sign in to my main account for an hour. I can "sign in" with my email and password, and I get the account recovery code in my email. I then enter that, then I am immediately told that my account is "disconnected", even though by all other indications, I am signed in. I mean, I have to be signed in to create this post!

I read over other posts, and some of their issues seem to stem from something about their default profile. However, 1) I should still be able to sign in to a non-default profile, 2) I have been able to sign in to a different (student) profile just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled FF twice now, with full deletion of profiles etc. And no luck.

Other posts have mentioned antivirus software interference, but that doesn't explain why my other (student) profile works fine.

Also, when I try to create a recovery key, I am presented with an "unknown error" screen. I have attached a screenshot of that.

Cannot play sounds (videos) on Firefox. Can on other browsers. Went through suggested solutions, nothing worked. Firefox recently sent out an update. I downloaded it, didn't change anything.

Is there a way to back up the tabs I have open? I tried a tab manager, I've forgotten it's name, a few years ago and it worked for a while then the folders I had started to come up empty. I e-mailed the owner but got no response and no help getting the lost tabs back. I am looking at Tree Style Tab but any other suggestions are welcome.

I had to reinstall Firefox and now my Windows 11 24 H2 computer is constantly giving me this message in the notification area. I believe it is a scam message, I do not run McAfee. Here is just one of the messages I keep getting, another one will say "Your payment was rejected and I need to update payment to reactivate protection.

I am presently having trouble loading websites and speed times are very slow.

Been using firefox for 7 years and never had an issue on linux versions. Though on macos I seem to be having these slow load times.

Also rendering images and content takes quite a while to do this.

I am currently running Firefox 131.0.3 (aarch64)

This is on a iMac m3 running Macos sonoma 14.6.1

I have compared this with safari and chrome and it seems to be much better.

Is there a test I can run to see if everything is okay?

a windo periodically pops up password required mozzilla thunderbird pease ender you primary passord. I do and it show up again and I hit cancel and it goes away how do I fix this

I am having increasingly frequent cases when Mozilla impedes the correct operations of final actions such as 'submit', 'enter' 'place order' etc. On such occasions, applying the cursor has a minimal effect on the relevant Click Button. I have also had trouble with its proper interaction with Roboform. The latter have tried to provide me with solutions but none have worked so far. I am now in the middle of establishing a separate Profile for Roboform. Surely, all this should not be happening. It certainly does not with Microsoft Edge, which I have had to use in such occasions. It feels as if there is a barrier around Mozilla preventing correct interaction with other bodies. Please help.

Both show up just fine for other people and for me when I access them with other browsers.

My problem occurs when I use Firefox to work on OtherNetworks. I'm going to try attaching screen shots of the Main Page. The first is from a normal view of my main page taken with another browser. In this shot the graphic is on the right

The second one is the same page taken with Firefox as the browser. I can't even figure out how to describe what is wrong with that second display.

I'm wishing for someone to figure out what is going on here and tell me how to restore FireFox so I can use it to work on my website. Is there some setting in Firefox or in the OtherNetworks site that is causing the awkward layout when using Firefox. I'm rather dependent on the bookmarks in Firefox.

I set passcodes in Firefox for Atlantic Health MyChart & MyChart RWJBH & I need to copy need to my Passsword App in MacOS Sequoia. I tried To Copy/Paste them, but it didn't work. What do I need to do to get them added to the Mac Password App?

Certain websites I visit will fail to display custom fonts, unless I clear cookies, where it works fine until I refresh the page, either by signing back in, or reloading. the screenshots I have are of https://developer.android.com/studio/install this is one of the sites that gives me the issue. I have tried disabling all of my extensions, and it still doesn't fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

As of the lastest Firefox upgrade Pinterest is completely broken. When I log in the home page loads, but all instead of pictures I see colored boxes. The only images I see are the animated ads, they show fine. In other words, the opposite of what I want. I am only using adblock origin as an extension. I have cleared website data, clicked the shield to stop blocking, and rebooted firefox in safe mode yet the problem persists. Every other browser I have can show pinterest just fine. Safari and Chrome have no issues, only Firefox. I am using Firefox 131.0.3 on MacOS Sonoma 14.7.
