Hello!

A web site I frequent, livebyliving.org, has a menu structure running horizontally across the top of the pages. Each option has a pull-down sub-menu. Yesterday afternoon or evening that menu turned into the three bar menu icon in the upper corner of the pages and the horizontal menu disappeared. When I click the three bar icon the entire menu structure is displayed vertically.

Firefox on my Android tablet was updated November 26. I used the site in question numerous times since that update and the menu was displayed correctly. It displayed correctly yesterday morning, Nov 29. In the evening, when I went to use the site, the menu behavior had changed. I also note the change when using my Android phone. The last Android update for my tablet was February 6, 2023.

I tested with Chrome and Google today and they display the menu correctly so it seems as if something specific to Firefox changed yesterday.

I've attached three screen shots. The first is the correct behavior with the horizontal menu. The second image shows the same page with the changed menu presentation. The third image shows the sub-menu presentation after whatever changed.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated!

I am not the one using Firefox for iOS; my sister is. I am not looking for an actual fix at this point, I just want to know if anyone else is having the problem.

My sister was having no problem logging into Chase with her 8th gen iPad until about a week ago (my apologies, I don't know the exact day). She tried to log in, and the Web site took her to the system requirements page.

The weird thing is, her system was fine according to their list. But she updated to the latest iOS (18-something) and then the latest Firefox for iOS 129.0.1 (she doesn't like .0 versions and always waits for .0.1).

She got the same error.

Chase insists that the problem is hers. Personally, I don't trust a corporation that big farther than I can throw their combined offices on the planet. Is anyone else getting this problem?

Again, I am not looking for a fix at the moment, just looking to find out if the problem really is in her set.

Since updating Firefox to 123.0 several features are no longer working on my Apple iPhone using iOS 16.7.7 The recent update to 124.0 has NOT corrected the issue...

The most troublesome is; getting links in email to open in the browser, Firefox is my default browser.

Links continue to function if I use Safari, DuckDuckGo or Edge... I have selected Safari, as my default browser in the interim and I don't like it, so HELP !!!

Hi. I have to sign in related problems.

I can't Sign in to my work planning website: tjeps.g4s.dk/ESS/. It works fine on Firefox for Windows but on Android I get a new Sign in formular every time i try to sign in. Works on Chrome for Android.

The mandatory Authenticator app in Denmark for all public services "MidID" is not supported on Firefox for Android. Works on Firefox for Windows. This is a huge problem if you wan't Danish users. Also works on Chrome for Android.

I wan't to leave the Google Chrome browser but I am kinda forced not to.

Hi, I got a problem since many weeks on Firefox Nightly, the elements on websites that should stick to the bottom float around 30pixels above the bottom. It's kinda annoying. My app is up-to-date. I got a Huawei P20. Thanks Elise

In Samsung Galaxy M23 5G smartphone (SM-M236B/DS) with Android 14 and Firefox 123.1.0 when I go to https://translate.google.com and insert a phrase, for example "I want a table" (you can try any words you want, single word or phrase) I hear the words distorted. This is happening after about 3 or 4 times or more tries when I hit the little speaker icon and waiting to finish the vocal pronunciation each time. I can't remember if this happened in earlier versions of Firefox for Android. I installed most of known browsers for Android (Opera, Edge, Vivaldi, Brave) and none has this problem, even the Samsung browser. I installed other versions of Firefox for Android (Focus, Beta for testers, Nightly for Developers) and all of them have the same problem. Also, I uninstalled and installed the original Firefox and I did restart of smartphone and also I connected bluetooth headphones but same problem. Maybe you will not hear the distortion in that smartphone above and android 14 combination with the first try but you will hear it in next tries. I don't know if this is happening in other Samsung SMARTPHONES. Can anyone please let me know how to navigate to astro.com again? Suddenly, since Monday, Android Firefox has been unable to find/load it; it's never happened before in my experience.

I can do anything on firefox except log into the costco.com webssite.

I have cleared everything, rebooted, turned off enhanced tracking, popups, no extensions or addons but about once every week firefox REFUSES to let me login. I can go to Safari and all is good. What could possibly be left to do, hate to go to Chrome but Mozilla is just not doing right.

When trying to access certain sites, I receive a message that " Access is denied. You do not have permission to access this website." I was trying to place an online order at Subway.

Upload buttons on several websites do nothing.

This has been going on for at least several weeks. SF Chron support escalated the issue to their tech dept (not on site), which claimed that the problem is FF, not them.
