I have successfully logged into my Docusign account from the Firefox web browser on my Windows 10 computer up until now. All of a sudden when I try to log in, Docusign tells me I've entered an invalid password. The password is valid, I've tried it on Microsoft Edge and in the Apple iOS Docusign app and have successfully logged in. They both prompt me to get a code from the Microsoft Authenticator and I do not get that prompt when I attempt to log in thru Firefox web browser.

Hello. Since I use the bookmark bar and fullscreen mode a lot, I would like to be able to see the bookmark bar in fullscreen, not on every tab, but only in a new (empty) tab, so that I can avoid disabling fullscreen to access the bookmark bar and at the same time not having any part of the interface visible unless I'm in a new tab. Thanks in advance for any reply!

I have a user who runs SRS/Crystal Reports on their Windows 11 Lenovo laptop, but every time we go to the website where a Java-enabled pop-up window for viewing spreadsheets is supposed to load we keep getting a "A plugin is required to play this content" error message, but no option to install/approve the running of Javascript.

I have downloaded and installed the JRE and JDK on the endpoint device, but still no luck getting Firefox to load it. I am running the 32-bit version of the web browser, not 64-bit, so I am kind of stumped about how to proceed from here.

Is there a place I can manually download/install these Java plug-ins?

Thanks.

Hi.

I need to print out my saved passwords. I have no cellphone to access, just my laptop and printer. I only use Firefox and no other browser. If my laptop gets hacked or breaks down, then I need to use someone else's computer to access my passwords in an emergency, and can't access my passwords to do so...so printing them out periodically is the smartest thing I can think of.

Help, anyone? This is pretty important to me. Thank you!

Like the title says, whenever I try to zoom out of an image to make it smaller, it causes the image to zoom out very far in just one scroll "tick".

To be more specific, I'm talking about just scrolling (not using ctrl+scroll). An example would be with Piskel.com where you simply use the scroll wheel to zoom the canvas.

Zooming in is perfectly fine, but when I try to zoom out it seems to zoom out by 3 or 4 ticks. On some websites, such as Piskel, it even it zooms the image out all the way making it very small and impossible to see (It does it with just one scroll tick).

My question is if there is a way to change or fix the zooming, making things zoom out more incrementally. (I recently switched from Chrome which didn't have this problem)

I have installed Firefox for windows 10 on a new laptop. I was able to sign in for synchronizing and got all my bookmarks synced on this machine. I'm able to view the bookmarks in sidebar, but the toolbar is empty. Even when i select "Always view Bookmarks toolbar", and I drag and drop "bookmarks toolbar items" to the appropriate toolbar. I've uninstalled firefox, deleted the appropriate mozilla folder in C:\ProgramData and C:\Program Files and ran cleandisk but for some reason i still am getting an empty toolbar.

I've tried several refresh installs and sometimes after I close firefox once, and reopen, the toolbar is filled with my bookmarks, but if I close it and open it again, the bookmarks are gone and don't reappear. Can anyone help?

In the last few days Firefox has become blurry on YouTube videos and also when displaying "regular" TV channels on YouTube TV.

I have attached one screen capture of a YouTube video with Firefox in troubleshoot mode and one screen shot from Chrome at practically the same second of the video. Both represent the quality of the entire video in each browser. In the case of Firefox, the same blurry image occurs on YouTube TV.

Also in the case of Firefox, the image is the same (i.e., blurry) regardless of troubleshoot or regular mode. In the attachment, troubleshoot mode was enabled.

Thanks

I had to crop them due to file size restrictions

I do not have any problem connecting using Chrome or Edge, so this seems to be clearly a Firefox problem.

I browse web, I see an image to save. prior to today (03-09-2022) I click save as and it saved file to my downloads folder. but today, I click save as and instantly the list of files I saved pops up on right side. below the list of files it shows "show all downloads"

this window is easily accessible by left clicking clicking the download icon. i do not want this box popping up on each file/image saved. or rather, why is it doing it suddenly?

running 2 addons: TinEye - reverse image search Video DownLoadHelper

both of these I have zero issues with and have been running them both circa firefox 45? or older

Firefox 99.0

I guess it's a problem with the latest update because it didn't happen to me before. Gmail keeps showing me this message: "Gmail is having authentication problems. Some features may not be operational. Please try logging in to troubleshoot the problem." I have relogin, deleted the cookies and site data but I still get that message. I have tried starting the browser from "about:support" in troubleshooting mode but the error still appears. This does not happen in other browsers.
